I sanded the blue shell thoroughly, rubbed it down with an acetone-soaked cotton ball, and then rinsed it with water and let it air-dry. I then painted with Krylon fusion black spray paint, white acrylic paints, and a Krylon triple-thick clear glaze. The PJ is very durable. Both of the handles have also been plastidipped, making it exceptionally comfortable to operate.
Shoots very well, very fun to play with as well.
In this picture, you can see one of my homemade arrows, which I'll be posting a writeup in the next couple of days.

The Pistol splat is attached by a locking Cell Phone Clip
And I dare say I have the best "iron sights" Ever.
Delails on the Pistol Splat, Excess shell cut off and replaced by a cut down PVC coupler
Turret's rotation mech goes into the shell under the barrel area

Don't call it a comeback, I never left.

Thank you to both Ice Nine and AssassinNF.

This has spiraled beyond uselessness into utterly stupidy.
Read it again until you figure it out.

On top of a shelf in a corner I found an Air Tech Jet Squadron and got it and took it to my workshop...
This was the result.
Perhaps I'll join DarkShrimp and fly in formation.

added a coupler removed restrictors and added a new spring. It gets you typical super modded nite finder ranges

The colored tape gives it an extra five feet.

I'm debating what I want to name it. Maybe "D>10, where D=distance'". Maybe "HEY LOOK I OPENED A GUN."
Heh, just messing. Thanks to Zorn and Carbon for educating me about barrel length at the Chicago Showdown, and Ice9 for numerous steps along the way.

If at first you don't succeed, add more epoxy.

Couldn't pass up the 5 dollar price tag at Target. Unfortunately, unplugged, this thing won't take much air. With a poorly sealing pump the OPRV kicks in after 6-7 pumps. If someone could PM me telling me if this is normal or not, that would be great. Singled with a 12" barrel, it's only hitting like 70 or so. The missile goes about 50.

The Air Tech 2000 is held on with Quick Release Pins so I can detach and use the blasters separately.

It's missing barrels because I have not yet bought brass for it.
But CHECK DIS SHIT:
Yeah, guys. Rear-loading. Took me half an hour with a drill and a razor blade. I don't claim originality though, I know one person who completed this project and one other person who has barrels for theirs.

Nothing special except that I made a new cocking bar from polycarbonate.
The old one is below minus the epoxy putty ramp which fell off twice.
As for ranges it is over 100ft and it easily gets further.
*Gasp* It appears that nothing is there but then again there is.

Looks stock but takes 3 pumps and gets about 50 feet

The barrel looks crooked but it's the way the gun is lying. Barrel is made from old recon parts 'cause I'm to cheap to buy proper parts. +100ft range.

-Guns shoot bullets that kill people
-Blasters shoot darts that tag people
I do not play with guns.
