The Difference:
-Guns shoot bullets that kill people
-Blasters shoot darts that tag people

I do not play with guns.

Functionally finished. Uploading the video took so long that its actually integrated on something else now. WHATEVER COULD IT BE?

Phase one of project Whornet complete.
Phase two will include a second tank and trigger to fire out of the bottom turret barrel, more shell work, a paint job, and possibly an integration in that space in front of the trigger.

I modded this Stampede for two reasons. One, my Berserker started acting up at Maker Faire. Two, Berserkers are big and hard to run with.

Hey gang! Been away for a couple of years now, and I'm back! I stopped painting when winter came round and never got back into it, even though I've got quite a few nerf guns lying around waiting. Hope to get back into it.

My previous work have been stripped away of the net because my photo hosting site closed down, and I've not signed up with one yet, so I've made a video slideshow of my work up till I stopped [with music too]. Hope ya like it!

I'm no good at modding but I certainly do enjoy painting, so coming up will be my 2013 PJs...

Hey, first post in this thread. Well, they say first impressions are the best. Sorry for the crappy pics.

Posted Image

CPVC doomsayer, stock and K18 spring. Ranges- about 75.

Posted Image

I am almost positive no one wants to see another one of these. I don't care.
Basic sceptor, except it has changable stocks, and Pause pump grip. Ranges- I don't know, but I know it's far.

Posted Image

Octoshot, stock and K18 spring. Ranges- about 80

Posted Image

Now, a glory shot of the blasters above.

Whew! Finally finished another bunch. The last two (will be uploaded later) took longer than I thought they would. Happens when you want more details in a PJ...

First the steampunk-ish PJs.
Point Break (aka High Tide in US?):

For shits and giggles, I got this electric water gun and painted it a sort of Golden Era sci-fi (maybe even considered steampunkish) style:

Chopped the handle (and barrel) off my RFR/RFT, now I use the entire lever as the grip, not the grip and part of the lever. It's much more comfortable this way, and it even primes faster than usual, due to not needing to change up your grip each time you prime. The Rampage has a Deploy handle on it, which only needed minimal trimming to make it fit the shell. Some people like the original grip, some people like others over the original grip. I'm on the fence, but now you can have it two ways.

This is my fully modified nerf maverick for HVZ, or for indoor fast games. The Mods include: full barrel drop, added stock with ammo carrier, barrel with green LED flashlight, small grip, removal of the AR(s), penny mod, spring mod, and a better o-ring in the plunger. The paint job is a base of black with silver streaks, and red "zombie blood" all over. Maximum ranges are between 30-60 feet with elite darts.
