I passed by Wal-Mart, but they don't have anything new in the way of Nerf.

The guy working the toy section is a rather old fellow, and didn't quite understand that I was asking him if he knew when anything was coming in, either, so I know nothing of an actual release date.

Stores like walmart usually have set "reset" days, where they redo all the shelves and put out new merchandise. I would hope it would be out by the January reset.

Checked 2 central NJ walmarts (one of which got the ripsaw very early) and 1 target with no luck.

Too bad for me that I won't be getting one since I promised my parents I wouldn't buy anyone Nerf guns. It's not so bad for me since I like more simple guns; like those without clips and barrels. Everytime me and my family start a indoor nerf war, the NF's are the best because even an idiot and figure out how to work it. It took awhile of explaination to my dad as to how to work a FireFly because of what location he placed one dart and what direction the barrel turned. NF and the Titan are choise for me and the family. Even if I know how to work my guns, its no fun really. I turned my longshot into a single. I would buy a Recon of course, only if it doesn't suck.

Well, looks like almost all the combinations I mentioned will be possible, looking at CaptinCC’s picture of the back of the box, it clearly says that the barrel extension works with the LS, and that the sight and “laser”/light can attach to most N-strike guns, and that they attach to upper or lower realigns on the barrel extension, so now we only need to know if the LS’s barrel extension/gun fits on the RC.

Went to Target yesterday. They didn't have them, but they were putting new items on the shelves and Longshots were on sale for $25, and DTG sets for $32.

I dont know it might be to heavy for the titan clip. You probably could if it was just the pistol part.

Through educated guesses, people have almost derived the length of the plunger tube.

Also, the width is unknown...

It could be nitefinder powered or longshot powered. We just don't know and also just really want to know.

I'll bet the internals are exactly the same. The only thing that might be different is the color. Time will tell.


Edit: This thing in no way looks like it can be a side arm. Even when it is broken down.
Take the stock and front part off a long shot and do you have a sidearm? No, you have a minimized primary. I doubt anyone is going to be able to stick this in their cargo shorts and feel comfortable with running.

Well, you could always make a custom holster. I also checked my Target, no dice.

I checked my target and found 3 bbb and 4 nfs 2 longshots and a whole lot of ammo, no recon
