Jesus christ, so does that 53-62 have any DC/MD/VA guys factored in?

I meant for the first post to indicate that 53-62 people have told me in the last week that they are coming. That number does not include Warlock, Crank, or Thirst since I haven't heard from them in a while. If the first post is unclear, let me know.

Dude, that first post is unclear. Why don't you just put the LCM count at (8-9) and the VA/MD Crew at (2-5)? Now attendance is 53-66 and it just makes more sense. Doesn't matter though, either way it adds up to 1 Metric Assload. Since it seems pretty easy for you to hit 60, are you guys thinking three games of 20ish or four games of 14-16ish?
Yeah, since we are the only ones that really have a handle on this park we decided to take a run through last week and figure out where the fuck you guys are going to put 70 people. You're gonna need 4 fields for this thing and you're gonna need at least one field that you guys have yet to play on. We found that field. It's not gonna hold as many as the Grove or Undiscovered country, but it'll be a nice fourth. You can PM us for details or we can just lead a group there on that day. It's nice and close in proximity to the other major fields. This is gonna be rather out of hand. Can't wait.

...I'm available Monday-Saturday before 4:00 PM and am also off Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We need to schedule/outline the day's events now that we have an approximate headcount.

I would also like to take this opportunity and mention that anyone who needs nerfing supplies (ie darts, PETG, or guns) should contact me ASAP. I will be bringing tons of stuff to the war, but I want to make sure everyone is covered. PM me with your needs.

Rambo, that's a good idea for a LIMNITED number of people who will not have ample time to pack something (ie the out-of-towners). If possible, everyone should pack something delicious and nutritious. I would stay away from the lunchables. I highly recommend Target's "Archer Farms" trail mix. It was a hit at the last Deal war. The one with M&M's and chocolate chips, not the healthy shit-ass one with pretzel bits and other good for you nonsense.

Evil - Since we have so many new faces coming are you laying down The Law on homemades & weapon strength? Oh, and trash clean up (ie - don't carry in what you can't carry out). I know that seems kind of common sense but I just don't want to see the park get trashed with that many people there. I mean, the piles of broken glass at BCNO was a cool effect but not one I'd intentionally foster on my own home field.
Seriously McFlurry - that park was a lot of fun but does your town not believe in municipal services?

Right now it looks like it will be me and tailbone for sure with the possibility of 2 more. It seems that everyone has planned their vacations and graduation parties the first weekend in August.

Eye protection: It is strongly encouraged that you bring eye protection. If you do not, if it is your personal preference that you do not wear eye protection, consider it your own gamble and remind yourself that these guns are not accurate enough to aim for the eye, but if you do get hurt accordingly remind yourself of why you didn't bring eye protection on the way to the hospital...
Lunch: Prepare your own and keep it light.
ALSO, the LCM will have a rough schedule up soon. All player rosters will be finalized as of tonight.
With love,
- E.

I took this a step further. Since the Horsemen have required all minors (those under 18) to wear eye protection at their Deal wars, I followed suit with an announcement in red shortly before Evil posted this. Unless the LCM repeals this at our meeting this week, expect to be bringing eye protection if you're under 18. If you are over 18, you're old enough to weigh the risk on your own.

I'm not going to get into a fuss about it, but I'd really rather not wear any.
