[Eh Watt]

Long time since I've posted anything! I haven't had much to post, actually...

I present: SPLIRTIFE!!!
What started out as a mere typo evolved into the name of a formidable blaster... 9" 17/32" brass barrels, shoots very hard and very far.

This gun has been, like, six months in the making. In order- AR removal- Fucked up - Singled- fucked up - pump action with inline clip - Fucked up - Pistol - SUCCESS!

So, that there is an inline clip I'm using with it. And those white things on top of the gun in the first photo are ammo holder.

The barrels are 17/32 slightly nested in 9/16 for super smooth rear loading of streamline darts.

Helpful hint: If you haven't used bondo before, try it on something else besides a crossbow. 45 minutes of sandpaper fixed many of my errors. I still have about an hour of work left to do before it's ready to paint. Ugh.

Too cold to paint so I used neon orange duct tape and then covered the brass in gorilla tape.

I did some detailing on my two Barricades, and now they look a bit like the "Lacerator" from the "Ratchet and Clank" videogame series. I figured coloring in the "radiator" hoses on the barrel, and adding some color to the rear hardpoint would bring the overall look together. Plus, the barrel no longer looks like it was stuck on at the last moment. Other additions are painting the grips, the safety, the drum, and doing the screw heads to look like futuristic "magnetic screws", and the clip loop in now two-tone.

Well, I haven't posted anything here in a while!

Meh Longshot:

Whole slew of mods done, includes polycarbonate trigger and catch, 1/2" nylon plunger rod, and the simplest breech that i've Never seen on the forums. More on that later... Also, it's pump action.

The breech is about 10" of CPVC which acts as the male where the 21/32" brass is the female. The brass is affixed to the black peice in the plunger tube, and the CPVC is glued to the shell. Ranges are 90'-100'

Next is one of my favorite guns, even though its an absolute beeeeyatch to fully prime.

Yep, that's a diddled scout shell wich accomodates a hornet tank with a CPVC tank epansion (kudos to brokenSVT). This/these tanks are pumped via the tiny ass SSPB pump hiddedn where the old scout springer firing mech used to live. The gun is pumped by pulling back the slide on the top of the gun, just like in the springer version. Even though the SSPB pump is plugged, it takes about 9 billion pumps to fill the tanks. the gun is fired by pulling the trigger which in turn depresses the blast btton hidden in the handle.



Ranges are pretty damn good, it breaks cardboard at not even close to full pressure.

Next is a clear NF. not much to say, but it does utilize a grommet plunger head that I found at ACE. +1 for me!



Ranges are in the high 70s low 80s

Although I am not a _xX_GaM3rZ_Xx_ (hardcore gamer), when I say that Black ops had a knife that shot knives, I realized that this had to be adapted to NERF, sort of. Sodizzle put together a sexy crossbow, here's a ballistic knife interpretation:

I took my broken SSPB, mauled the tank, and glued on a hornet tank. It has a PVC/CPVC breech which is the "blade", the dart is put into the breech, the gun is pumped about 290 times, and then the blast button is pressed and the dart kills cardboard...a little.
Ranges are good, probably about 70+, judging by what it does to cardboard.

Here is my updated Arsenal as of 12/29/10. Since then I have modded the Berserker some more and gave the UMB a ball valve to the hopper. Also changed its hopper to a Britthopp. Works flawlessly now.



The modded stuff that currently works/is very simple to fix. Crossbow and Tornado are stock though.
