To get this kinda look, I painted a clusterfuck of neat layers and wiped it down to the first in some places with paint-thinner.

Okay, I lied before. The last shot of my stampede was a fake. There's a reason that I only showed it from one side. I hadn't painted the other side. So I finished it:

I really like the shell of the ultimate missile blast, and it's essentially a big blast, and you cannot go wrong with a hoppered or RSCBed big blast. I hadn't seen the inside of one before, but I really liked the little door on top and I planned on putting my wye in the shell of the blaster and be able to access the wye/clip from the door. Unfortunately, the air tank is at the front of the blaster, so I had to move and plant it using some epoxy putty.

Finished

Access for the hopper clip.

Posted Image

Shoots over a 100', really easy to pump (5 pumps to full), good rof, blah blah bah. Should be a fun blaster to use and hand to people just starting out. I think this, and others, show that you don't need to spend a hundred bucks to not get outgunned.

I julianized a paul style longshot.

-Airflow modded titan tank (very painful and temperamental process for me) Now it has a 1/2" wide dump valve.
-Sexy breech that is reminiscent of paul's longshots.
-unplugged bigsalvo pump.
-Very nice homemade trigger (level action)

Long time lurker, first time poster. I've done plenty of Maverick mods and paintjobs, sold on eBay, but this is my first longshot. It's definitely going on my wall!

I used CaptainSlug's internals shots, along with my own, and Dart Attack's front gun integration technique. Props to both of those guys, made my life much easier!

Here's a pic of the newly completed Longshot, as well as one of my Mavs!

My lanard bump blast I believe that is what it's called bought it at a party packagers. Shoots rockets and darts, range is around 80ft flat with a couplered cpvc barrel for darts, and around 40ft for rockets. Hand painted, I ran out of silver paint so no battle wear.Posted Image

The Difference:
-Guns shoot bullets that kill people
-Blasters shoot darts that tag people

I do not play with guns.

YES!
Ultimator: $2
Polycarbonate plunger tube: $12
K14 springs: $10
Replacement hardware: $4
Having the most awesomesauce primary on the east coast: Priceless

Expect a finished picture sometime tonight.

8:50 at night edit:

Plunger tube test fit was a huge sucess. I'm out of label/sticker paper, so I'm going to machine the plunger tube to fit in the shell tomorrow. Till then, enjoy the eye-candy

There's NiteFinder in my Barrel Break! There's Barrel Break in my NiteFinder! It's the NiteBarrel BreakFinder!
Posted Image

Opens and closes one-handed!
Posted Image

Brass breech!
Posted Image

Prime both at the same time!
Posted Image

Fire barrels independently, just like the original!
Posted Image

Ranges are 25-45 (I'm using the original springs for now and can't find a good dart-barrel fit)
I'll make a write-up soon - making one of these is easier than you'd think.

using the threaded method, less for multiple reloads, more just to change tips pre battle for what i want.

seven shots, middle one has an insert that fires the small yellow arrows allong with six regulars. has a titan barrel attachment for the big missile with a cpvc center that shoots 1-3 stock darts.

shotgun: ~35-50 feet (2 pumps)
missile: ~20 feet (3 pumps)
arrow with shotgun: ~60 feet (that thing glides) (2 pumps)
single barrel: ~ 90- 100 feet depending on dart flight path. (2 pumps)

nothing special. hose is kinda leaky, pumps super cheap

Finished my second minimized and breeched NF

And successfully made a rearloading AT2K turret. Still needs a bit of brass in each barrel to secure the dart and then time to cut open the shell!! This turret loads from the top position rather than the side as done originally.

@Valor- why would you paint a creamsicle?
@Zack the Mack- Now I suddenly want a barrel break...
My new indoor primary:

BBB spring addition, brass stub in barrel, locks and other junk removed, krylon fusion PJ with rather sloppily applied detailing. Paired with an AT drum, prpbably the only reason to get an AT imo.
