I got it first yo. I was surprised to find the yet to be officially released BuzzBee Range Master at a local good will NIB for 2 bucks! What a steal! Its also popping up in Targets for around 18$. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is an airgun. You pump it using the bolt, insert a dart, and instant right-out-of-the-box 60 foot ranges. Any micro (brand doesn't matter) will work, except streamlines.
Posted Image
Removed air restrictor peg, (not shown) and ranges increased to 75ft (darts start to fish tail a bit.
Posted Image
Full write-up tomorrow. Also the sight is incredibly accurate and useful. The shell is very comfy, and the handle if for big kids too!

Bad, and hurried overview video

My sceptor with raider stock. I need to re-inforce it with some E-putty, and maybe relocate the tank. Optimally I'd like an equal or slightly lesser volume airtank positioned under the raider stock, and have a pressure gauge where the stock hard tank is, so I can see roughly how many shots I've got left without moving my view.

Apologies for the crappy pic, took it early this morning with my Ipad

EDIT: More visible and less hipster-ass pics

Semi - auto Dart Tag Gun

I really didn't expect this to work - hence the overly ravaged screw ports and zipties.
Posted Image
8" pegt barrels, RF 20 bladder double layered with bike inner tube to increase pressure (still needs a bar across the front to trigger the overfill safety valve), dual action bike pump...
Posted Image
Rear loading hole with sch 80 pvc dart guide (still needs to be reinforced with more than just hot glue)
Posted Image
Internally it has a BS tank, and is operated by a clippard MAVO-3 valve. It vents (fires) the BS tank without venting the reserve bladder. The seal is pretty good. I just took the linkage that ran from the old pt to the turret, sanded half off till one side was flush and connected it via hose to the bs tank. Not shown are a pair of springs I had to run from the back of the turret anchor to the trigger.

I get 5-6 quick shots per fill, grouping around 80' in range.

Click the pic to see a firing video:

Finished my Overhauled 3K. I only wish I could shoot Chaos with it this APOC. It's too bad he's studying how to make the perfect egg roll across the Pacific.

If two powerful is a problem then just go with one powerful. I guess this style of hopper will work even beyond three powerful..

Awesome Jolts!

Sporting a three dart rscb, hits 40s with a decent rof

Posted Image

Glued the ar into 1/2"pvc to act as a stopper.

Jolt integrated into a recon stock; modding a stock gun!

Posted Image

Fits right on to any n-strike stock attachment.

The pvc bars make it super sturdy.

My first RSCB. Shoutout to Venom and/or Daniel for the idea and brief writeup. It holds 6 2" stefans. It works perfectly every time, but I'm only getting ranges between 25'-45' due to the FBR I used for the darts being too thin. Once I get better quality foam and improve at making darts I expect it to reach the 50-60' mark. Can't wait to try it out at SLANE tomorrow.

OK, here we go. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Aperture Science Zombie Elimination Device (Z.E.D.)

Posted Image

This is a Swarmpistol inspired by Bobololo over on the HvZ boards as his is the only other one I know that retained the original grip and shoulderstock. I'd like to think I've improved upon the platform slightly with a few new features.

Posted Image

As you can see, I've mounted the gearbox in such a way that the stock is still perfectly removable. It's every bit as solid as a NIB Swarmfire.

Posted Image

One of the biggest issues that a Swarmfire/Swarmpistol has is slow reload times. I've fixed this by creating the first (to my knowledge) swappable cylinder mod for this blaster. With some careful dremeling, the orange collar make a perfect retention/release mechanism.

Posted Image

Posted Image

It's always nice to have an early warning when any electric blaster is low on juice, so I mounted a voltmeter panel just above the grip.

Posted Image

Finally, zombies don't just go away once the sun goes down. Occassionally, some illumination is required to identify your target.

Posted Image

The six LEDs mounted to the front of this turret are rated at 18000mcd each and provide as much light as a pretty nice pocket torch. The lights are powered by a single 14500 trustfire cell housed inside the cylinder.

Posted Image

Performance is standard for an AR removed Swarmpistol running 4 trustfire 14500 cells and an SGNerf upgrade spring.

When all else fails, add on a (sloppily done, just like everything I do) SMDTG to my UMB Raider. Both blasters fill with the bike pump, and there's a check valve so the SMDTG doesn't pop off when the main gun fires. Take note of the Molson Canadian bottle cap, as because all good mod ideas usually come to me while drunk.

I've been lurking for about 3-4 years now and finally got something done.

Posted Image

Started out as your standard Nite Finder minimization and marker mod (pretty standard ranges) then I got carried away.

Posted Image

AR's removed. The brown material I used is Crayola Model Magic, which is very light, easy to work with, and pretty cheap too. It forms the base of the grip/ammo holder and fills out the front of the cut shell.

Posted Image
Posted Image

The 'magazine' is made of no more than some glue, cardboard, and duct tape. Altogether the cosmetic mods took maybe an hour, not including setting time for the Model Magic, and add a great deal of practicality.

Well I had some spare time last night and did't want to watch Gymnastics and I did work. In a nut shell, this is a 4B crammed into a stampede shell with a magstrike pump. Hits a good 100' with 8 or 9 pumps. I actually like it better than the stock shell. A tad messy, but with my mods I really don't care how they look.

"Can it be– I've stayed away too long?"

Unfortunately the Real World has kept me away from nerfing. But I still was able to work on one lone blaster!
Originally intended as a gift for a co-worker, I customized this over-under Doubleshot for the fun factor.
