Griever 2112 still plays with his alpha trooper quite often despite owning one of the scariest +bows.

I built a snap pistol using MIG's 1 inch CPVC coulpler method. The only change is that I cut it in half and sanded it to fit in the 1 1/4 inch PVC, as well as I cut a 1/2 inch PVC coupler in half and gooped that into the 1 inch coupler. I had to use painters tape as a spacer between the 1 inch coupler and the 1/2 inch coupler because I was on vacation and didn't have the adequate materials. Anyway it has 5 inches of a [k26] and has a total of just over 3 inches of draw. I used a 1 1/4 inch drain plug sandwiched between 2 washers to make my plunger head.

FUN FACT: [k26] springs fit in 1/2 inch PVC couplers but can't pass through the ridge in the middle.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I used the other half of both couplers on the back for a spring rest.

The first of what will hopefully be a line of "production" extension-spring rainbowpups. Still needs to be tweaked a bit, but is more or less done. I'm really not sure what to do with this one. It's definitely not up to the quality standards the for-sale ones will be made to, due to a couple design changes and fuck-ups during construction. I may sell it anyway at a reduced price or something, or I might keep it and use it as a loaner.

Finished up a second AAbow today, to go for sale. Same tagger feeder with dart door. New "spring stop" mechanism near the handle, due to issues with the string accidentally being cut by the plunger tube, and to prevent damage to the plunger head.

Video showing catch function:

The intent here is to make a comfy 3d printed handle with an integrated catch. I also wanted it to be applicable to almost any blaster and be easy to attach. And to not use much plastic. As a bonus, by not requiring a front block to support a pivoting trigger, this handle will save 2-3 inches on most pump-action blasters compared to a rainbow catch and handle setup.

I think I've succeeded in these goals, in spite of my printer being more than 10% short on the XY axes at the time of printing. Comfort is only OK, because a couple parts don't fit right (owing to aforementioned firmware problem, now fixed), and I really need to add a trigger pad block so that you aren't pushing on a tiny trigger. Right now the trigger is not uncomfortable, but if a stronger spring were used, the friction might make the trigger pull harder and cause that to become an issue.

For my first time using a drill press, a scroll saw, and my first try at machining plastic, I think it came out well.

The seal on it is packing tape on the hex piece, with more packing tape, then e-tape on the outside. It could be better, and I will probably redo it again after I get my hands on orange e-tape.

The zip-ties are there because my cuts on the nylon rod weren't very straight, and they bowed outwards.

Finished up my summer primary today. Took a stormfire dart tag pistol, cut away everything that wasn't the handle, trigger, or catch area. I then proceeded to build a blaster around that based on the double rainbow.

Air Compressor powered practice paint ball gun (forgetting the name...) WIP. In the back is a black nylon rod stock with polycarb plates. A 12v 4200 MaH arisoft battery is housed in the back and powers the compressor. In the front, is the polycarb housing for a compressor. SCEPTOR! (thats the name! Wow...) I still need to mount a tank to the bottom of the handle and do some electricity junk...

And yes, I know I'm late on the sceptor craze but, oh well.

I have a rather unique device this time. I present my prototype of a laser target designator:

Posted Image
Posted Image

I've still got lots of improvements I would like to make, such as a pressure pad switch, a green laser module, and making it smaller.
But this designator is fairly flexible, being adjustable for windage:

Posted Image

And elevation:

Posted Image

It mounts onto any blaster with a plunger tube made from 1 1/4 PVC. Right now, the laser is activated by tightening that hose clamp. Ghetto, but it works.

Just finished building 4 PumpSnap 3.0's. These will all be for sale soon, once all the sanding has been done.
If you want one, PM me, I'll tell you prices and stuff. There will be a sales thread to follow.
