The notorious black bar from a Maximizer. Now in aluminum! (Not completely done, still have to put a UHMW insert along the bottom so the plunger rod has a super smooth surface to slide on).

This is my first attempt at making a +bow-like blaster without using polycarb, a drill press, or a scroll saw. This prototype came out rough, the bolts are way too long, and I have yet to mount an actual handle or stock on it yet. That's coming up next.
This blaster uses an adapted version of a +bow catch.
But the thing that makes this blaster really special is the spring.
The spring on the left is the one I used. It is a 9637K12 spring from McMaster, and it features a compression strength over twice that of a [k26], which is shown on the right.
Unfortunately, the plunger head I used with it did not withstand the forces of test firing today, so no range results yet.

2" PVC x 3.5" of draw with great airflow, low friction, and very little deadspace. Not a particularly impressive seal, but it still seems quite efficient-About the same as the conventional PACs. The priming force hasn't been measured, but it doesn't feel like it's any greater than a 1 1/4" bore PAC with similar performance. Based on the difference in bore, I would have expected twice as much force to get the same pressure (and hence performance) out of a 2" bore blaster like mine.
This definitely has the best performance and efficiency of any of the bullpup blasters that I've built. I'll definitely be making more of these for Cataclysm.
Right now it's using a segmented barrel 1/2"CPVC/SCH80PVC, but it shows similar performance with PETG (very loose, ~.53" ID). Performance with an entirely cpvc barrel was fantastic, but I didn't feel comfortable using something with that much power on people, and the silicone domes aren't stable at that power when fired out of conventional hoppers. No real measurements, but it probably shot as hard as a typical +bow.
It feels ergonomically fantastic. The length is still 28" OAL (24" w/o stock), and the larger bore in the rear greatly improves the balance of the blaster. I especially like the view when you rest your face on the plunger tube:

Bit of a preview of what's to come for Apoc. I'm making 4 variations on this (two traditional +bows and two pumpbows). 3D printed grip, pump handle, and stock plate.

Progress on the pumpbow prototype.
3D printed 2K turret. Seals great, fits 5/8" OD barrels, and is rearloading.
I'm probably gonna start selling them for $10.

Snapbow. Made by imodify, tuned up by me. The old sealing washer was shreaded to hell when I opened it up, so I putted a new washer on it. works much better now.
Will have swagtastic stickers on it when I feel like getting some.
First one on the 75th page and post # 1111. Hell yea.

Final revision of the printed 2K turret. Uses a 1/4"-20 bolt as the pin, which provides adjustable spring tension.

Also had my old R3L out so I snapped a pic. It was my first homemade, it's been through many battles, and it has been repaired many times. Hence the "ghettoness".
As Panda said, I don't think there is a way to fight gravity without a guaranteed loss. You could use magnets, but no one knows how those things work except the Mormons.
Or lasers. You should integrate some lasers into your Nerf darts. Problem solved.

My old snapbow repainted. Glittery purple. My most reliable blaster.
EDIT TO AVOID DOUBLE POST:
This is my rainbow pump variant. It was mostly made of recovered parts from old WIPs and blasters.
Rainfire: plunger rod
Old rainbow pump: pump sheaf/handle & catch
Rainbow Pup by Ryan: LDPE handle/trigger
PAC bow: stock
Pumpsnap: plunger head, front bushing, & spring
All I had to do was make the body and assemble it. I wanted to make a quick pump action blaster as a back-up back-up for APOC.

30 aluminum pumpbow sideplates. Cut free from the sheets, sanded, drilled, and wire brushed. I'll probably end up polishing them lightly to smooth out the surface a bit more, so you get the textured look of brushed metal without the roughness. The main issue will be removing the polishing compound from the surface, as I found out earlier today when I tried it on one plate. It ended up taking me about half an hour to scrub the rouge off of the plate.
My new wire wheel/buffer is in the background. I highly recommend them for anyone who does a lot of work with metal, since it takes care of deburring for you. That one is currently on sale at Harbor Freight for $40, and the brass wire wheel is another $5. Works great. The buffing wheel lets you have very high-polished surfaces if you use the right compound for the metal you're polishing.

I made a Double Rainbow today.
There is a dinosaur on my Double Rainbow.
She has pretty blue eyes. Like Ellen DeGeneres.
These are her buttocks. They are nice buttocks.
Shown here with a swagful dart pouch I made for the war this Saturday. The dart pouch also promotes world peace.
Shown here with a swagful pump grip I made for it (HDPE) that I won't be using because it promotes white supremacy.
Closeup on the pump grip for the white supremacists viewing this post.
Here's what I'll be seeing all day Satruday. Just add a few ugly men in front. Use your damn imagination.
Here's your porn.

This is my first [working and complete] homemade, a bolt action, Clip Fed SNAP rifle.
Uses standard clips with a custom brass/pvc hybrid breech. Barrel is 16mm Australian electrical conduit, and is 400mm long (from memory).
Wood body is exactly 1m long.
Shoots fairly hard, though i haven't yet done a proper range test. I would estimate approximately 50 to 60m, angled.
Spring is a full [k26] with about 7.2" draw.
When i get the money, I'll be adding tac rails to the bottom of the front section (before and after the clip) for a bipod and foregrip. I'll also be putting a rail on top for a holo sight.

I tried vapor polishing a 2K turret.
I really like the results, and it prevents the o-rings from popping out of the groove.

Nevermind that this is a "please tell me how to build this gun" request, which we don't do around here...and that there isn't a capital letter or punctuation mark to be seen in your post. What I want to know is why you posted this in the homeades picture thread.
Take a few days off and Read Moar.
