If you saw the Open Source Flywheel Project, then that's really all you need for cages.

As for the pump grips (in general), there are a few on Thingiverse, but people tend to be quite private about sharing their files.

I've only had bad experiences with thingiverse cylinders. (Looks at three different cylinders with broken spinners wedged in).
If you do you will need extensive sanding.
The seven shot is not as good because it's strange shape makes it hard to sand.

I've used the 7-shot by horseengineer and found it to be servicible, but yeah- that spline wasn't a great choice of shapes. If I ever get my machine running again, I hope to modify his to be 1) a slightly better fit on the darts- his works but is looser than I'd like and 2) not use a bloody spline. Maybe a hex or something.

There are loads of free 3d files for NERF uses. Many are here on NH in the homemades section or scattered about, or you can dig through thingiverse and hope to find something good. Reddit has some as well, but usually those are cross posted on thingiverse.

alright thanks meaker, i will probably use that 7 shot one or the 8 shot one and see how i go, if dart fit is a huge issue i can probably replace the barrels with brass
