I'll be there. I know your buying two things from me for $5. Can you remind me what those two things are?I am good for either of those dates but I prefer the 28th.
Has there been any word from Bullet Dragon or Something Assassin on their attendance?
(I have impending deals with both)
On the season of foam stuff; wondering if the current field is big enough...

Actually every time people ask or say "thats a good idea" I give you credit, so stop your bitching you suburban butt banditI can post for myself. I actually have 4, I sold one to Julian. I'm not sure if I'll be willing to sell any, because I'm using two of them for SNAPs. I'm cutting one in half to use for BBBs/Longshots, and I'm probably using the fourth one for TTGs, because it's the only strong spring that I have found fits in the plunger tube. If your building a SNAP, you should do what myself and Julian do, use 3 ACE #49 springs stacked on each other. I thought of the idea, but Julian rarely gives me credit for it.
Anyway, CrossSNAP is leaner, meaner and even scarier then before. Expect ownage.

Working on a WTB/WTS/WTT list for this war, so far goes like this:
WTB:
longshots, no clips or fg necessary
LSFGs- want to try the integration again
LS clips
(Could wrap them together, but would also take separately)
"Junk" guns- if you don't want it we'll take it cheap. Impulse purchases of good deals may also occur.
WTS or Trade:
A hornet that I can't get open
Maverick (It's first gen!) ((Yes, I know this is nothing to get excited about)
Thats it for now.
PM us with offers.

Here's a link to hereticorp's sales page for more information. It's quite a bit wider than the foam that a lot of you use; as hereticorp says:
I've been getting very good results using PETG and 9/16 in airguns. Using felt/washer darts, I have compared it the foam blacksunshine uses (which is similar in diameter), SwiFTNerF's white foam (which is quite a bit smaller in diameter), the local Ace hardware stuff (which is slightly smaller), and the local home depot stuff (which is also slightly smaller). This stuff is consistently neck-in-neck with blacksunshine's foam, and outperforms the others. Preliminary tests suggest that it shoudl work well in springers using 9/16 brass with tightening rings, but I need to test it more. The foam fits:
Thick Wall PETG - Perfect tight fit
9/16" Brass - Nice fit, tiny bit loose
17/32" Brass - Very tight fit, probably won't work without a little stretching
CPVC - Tight fit, might need stretching for a good fit
SCH 80 PVC - Perfect Fit.
Some caveats:
It is very tight in CPVC, to the point that it is hard to get the darts in all the way. I'm actually making a PVC coupled NF so that I can put a brass barrel on it, since it is so hard to get the darts in. Ditto for 17/32" brass, although it may work well as a base for a telescoping barrel. You will not be able to blow them down a PETG barrel, you have to use a ramrod.
Fun fact: this foam shrinks imperceptibly in very cold weather, so they are good winter darts.
Pricing info: if 4 people buy, it will be $12.75 total (shipping included) for 200' each. If you only want a smaller portion, I would tentatively price it at $6.50 per 100'.

Anyone know where to get SCH 80 PVC in the cities? I have only been able to find SCH 40. Also, thinwalled cpvc can be found at the Quarry Home Depot, and at the Ace hardware on Grand Ave. Methinks we need a thread for modding supplies in the Twin Cities.

I have found SCH 80 at Menards and Ace here in Apple Valley, but I have never bought any. Funny you mention ace on Grand Ave. because that's where I've specifically been getting my thinwall CPVC ever since the Ace in Apple Valley stopped stocking it. It's right near where my friend Cashew lives. I found it by accident when we were walking to Walgreens or something during the summer. I thought I was all cool because Sam said that the Ace on Grand didn't carry CPVC, but then I went there and bought some. But there are two Aces on Grand. It seems like everyone is going to that same ACE. I told BustaNinja that they have thinwall a while ago, and I told Secret Assassin (who said he was going to go there soon). This thread is getting derailed...

Date: This Saturday, February 21st
Location: Newell Park, St. Paul
Time: 11-2 or 3ish, play it by ear
I beleive the address is:
900 N. Fairview Ave.
Saint Paul, MN 55104
I don't really expect much of turn out for this because it is so last minute. But, if your free, and have enough time to whip up some stefans and throw together some guns, you should consider coming. I'm particularily interested in Beaver and Atomatron coming so we can do our trades.
So who's interested?

I'd also like to add that just a few blocks away that evening, we are having one of our weekly nerf wars at Hamline at 7'oclock. It's an indoor setting in a relatively large area. If anyone is interested let me know.
