For boltsled reinforcement I would recomend doing this. My boltsled has survived for the last few months with the combination of a LS, BBB, and RFSG spring, with no signs of stress.

People grossly underestimate the range of the old 4b's. They can hold 20+ pumps and with the right barrel get well over 250ft.

This is my first complete mod write-up so, enjoy!

here is a picture of the gun:

ya, I know, the hotglue makes it look kind of sloppy but it is effective.
Step 1: hot glue the pressure chamber and the power gauge. glue the chamber on the bottom and the gauge on the side so it is sticking out
Step 2:attach the pump to the side of the gun. Move it foward or backwards depending on your what you prefer.
step 3: add the barrel and barrel stablizers. take a small 3in piece of 9/16 brass tubing and hot glue it on to the chamber. Then take 2 1in pieces of pvc pipe and glue them onto the barrel and the side of the gun for stabillity.
step 4: add the key-ring. simply attach the ring to the firing for easy pulling.

ranges: *note* the maxshot and at2k have already been modded before I combined them.The at2k has a plugged pump and the maxshot I just added a new barrel.

Very nice, mine is currently singled, I may have to buy a second one and merge the two. It's so powerfull that the darts give people welts from <10 ft away with taggers! Unfortunately it is also extremely inaccurate due to the lack of heavier darts.

A quick way to fix this if the problem isn't in the plunger rod/tube is to glue the crayola directly on to the plunger tube.

Ok, a while back I purchased an ERTL RFSG. After a failed attempt at the doomsayer mod, I singled it. Now, this thing is waaayyyy powerfull. I used the streached stock spring, a streached longshot spring, and a bbb spring. I am having trouble finding the right barrel length/design, because I use taggers not stefens'.

I currently have a barrel that consists of 3 inches of cpvc inside 12 inches of almost perfect fitting pvc (darts never fall out, but there is some leakage of air). The darts very occasionaly go straight, but most of the time curve either left or right.

Help!

I recieved a splitfire quite a while ago and the right barrel leaks. I can't seem to find the problem, when I pump it the air enters the both chambers. The left chamber remains pressurized. About 1/4 of a second later the right chamber makes a small popping sound and sometimes a small hiss.

Help!
