My name is Goldie...and your in my world now!

I nerfed in the wind and the rain
With slingshots despite the pain
I felt up my cousin
I had no idea she was my cousin

I drove in the heat of the sun
For a war in the land of the gays
My teams may never have won
but alas we all had fun

I own a maxshot
Made by a nerfing god
He hates me a lot
I hope he forgot

Canada is a hate full place
Full of cold and diddle
I have never had a date
I guess this is fate

I'm flying across 2 time zones
For a war in Socal
I shall go alone
To war with my SCUN pals

There's not a whole lot left for you too do.

I tried years ago to make a string stop for one of my max-shot's, I didn't really work like I wanted to and in the end the blaster broke because of the mod.

I nerfed with a guy a few years ago that told me he packed the shell with great stuff expanding foam. I have no idea if it work for him. Maybe worth a try?

Someone else told me about there idea to replace the plunger tube with something longer in an effort to stop the plunger head from hitting. I cant really advise this because this could really mess up your blaster.

I think Beaver has a max-shot full of socks? Can someone confirm this?

Great write-up, but reinforce the crap out of it.

I had one of these once, got great ranges (60 feet) with simply a spring addition and a cpvc barrel.

However these things are SUPER weak. Witch greatly limits what you can do with it. A few guys up in Canada did all kinds of stuff with 'um always with poor results. The plastic on these is so weak that simply pulling a speed loader out can break the shell. And moving/ replacing the plunger tube the is also out of the question. The screw in the plunger head rips out all the time so just a heads up.

Also I always found the plunger tube to be shorter and thinner then a nite finder but with its thinner plastic I wonder if they have the same volume?

Its funny topics about this blaster show up every 18 months or so. The end result is always the same, someone asks a question and the OP says something to the effect of "it broke".

Split has a good point, "mega" darts have been used since the mid 90's, the idea that Hasbro's calling these darts mega's is weird. I guess that were all going to call these new darts mongos?

I also wonder if this is Hasbro's attempt to kill two birds with one stone. Nine year olds are going to love this and we have something to mod. Think about it. A twelve year old will see the larger darts as a higher caliber round or something. Those litte bastards all want a "sni per". But at the same time the morons in our community will stop bitching about the long shot being out of stores.

But I love this, this would be great for me, I stopped using micro dart's a few months back and this is great. I can see the "fun" factor being high do to the shear size of this thing. Firing a stock titans still fun so I can expect this to be just as great. Also with socal wars not counting gun hits the size of this is great.
