Yes, goongala, I saw your N-203, Its actually what made me go ahead and finish it. It was a dead project for a while. But actually aside from the hot glue (I will replace the hot glue), this setup isn't flimsy at all. The two tac rail clips are slightly offset (I didn't do this on purpose) which seems to make it more sturdy. Like you said I'll problably add a thread rod or bolt through the tac rail.

My whole objective for project was to make a realistic nerf M203, while still being able to quickly change it to a Single or shotguned titan.

Bedhed- Its held on there with 2 tac rails and actually, it very stable. Yes, the breech is pointless, as a matter in fact, it doesn't even need the 1 1/2in piece. Its cosmetic. This whole design was a prototype. So the holes in the 1 1/2in piece was NOT on purpose. Its just what I had at hand.

Blue- I may replace the hot glue, however, the hot glue seems incredibly strong as is...

This grenade project was for looks- it works like an M203. You use the mag as the trigger and it has a "breech". However I now have 2 options for attachments- I can use the 3/4in female adapter or the 1 1/4in coupler. I will usually use other attachments with this. The launcher will only be used when I can use it with those shrapnel buzzbee missiles (still searching for that damn thread).

Actually, I believe the dart tooth pushes the dart into the barrel. Without it, the dart won't go into the barrel all the way, causing less of an air tight seal.

So yes, if "cliped" keep the dart tooth.

P.S. No match for the Titan Shotgun.

Hahaha, yes of course, my titan will own....that is...unless the vulcan gets you first, Assassin.

This also happen to me. I took out all safeties except the bolt lock. I ground down the bolt at the end where the bolt catches on the lock. Now, I can prime it left or right handed. You may just want to take out the bolt lock, but I wanted extra support for the bolt.

I can't really say if this is your problem, because the bolt lock isn't in your pic. However, it worked for me. I hope this helps!
