This guy scammed me when I was in need of money.

I originally sold these guns to Acesayshigh23 right here:

He won the auction for $104.99 (with shipping); the day after he received them he posted a paypal complaint saying that the guns didn't fire as far as the description stated and that it was a HUGE dissapointment to him. Paypal forced me to pay him back $50.00 and it took me until January 28th and numerous angry calls to paypal to get my account back to normal.

Now he's decided to sell the guns back on Ebay, but he decided to steal my photo and my description from the original auction. This is against Ebay's policies and I've reported it. Adding more insult is the fact that he's decided to start the bidding at $110, more than what he paid.

I personally feel that if he can sell the guns back on Ebay then I should get my $50.00 that I had to return to him, back.
