About Me
I am a modder who does some stuff that are questionable. The first mod I ever did was to my vulcan. When I got had no function no manual or auto; now shoots about short of 53' manually. I am no expert and always looking for more info.

In Topic: How do you "correctly" rebarrel a nerf blaster

Hmm your method sounds similar to a method I use to bore out eraser for my dart heads, only exception is I use a length of brass to bore through the eraser. Perhaps I can use this method to slowly widen the barrel? That or I can try using long spade bit on a drill press (I think I have access to one). Perhaps this method will be more efficient and keep the drilling centered. Thoughts, criticism, experiences, flames?

I can't tell by the pictures, so was your pvc sch. 40 or sch.80? Sch. 40 seems more practical as there is a larger "ID" to allow more consistent drop of the sefans.

Underscore, Sadly the barrel is stuck in place at this time. Also when I tried to correct this (thinking was barrel fit) I nested 17/32 brass in the 9/16 and ranged dropped even more. Is it possible that that my air pressure is insufficient with only a stock spring; despite my seal improvements?

Did 9/16 brass re-barrel on one of the barrels but range dropped, like by half in the barrel I redid. Has this happened to you guys; what can I do to get the results I want?
