About Me
Hey, I'm just an average Nerfer like everyone else. Just more emo than normal. I have some awesome ideas just like everybody else. Plus, unlike other new nerfers, I did quite a lot of studying and research before joining this site of elite nerfers. I just hope I don't screw up and get banned!

Reverse plunger? Seriously Nerf?!?!?!?! Haven't we endured enough? And its not only that, but you put fucking SLOTS in the plunger tube?! I was really hoping that Nerf had pulled their heads out of their asses but it turns out we were wrong... Will not be buying this because fixing the issues would be too expensive and time consuming...

Yeah it's a total of maybe half a centimeter of difference, and it doesn't really need "fixing". I looked at removing it and the turret doesn't come out any further by trimming that piece so there was no point. So yes it technically is "uneven" but I don't think it's anything significant.
Exactly. So it's only truly necessary if you are just VERY OCD about it.

How hard is it to prime with the 6kg spring? I found it crazy hard, really easy for the priming mech to not catch the plunger, too.
Priming it is a little tricky but manageable. It almost feels like priming an NF with a [k26] equivalent. As for the catch, it catches just fine, no slip ups yet. I did a firing test of 18 shots and the catch held up.

Sweet mod, I will definitely do it once I get another Strongarm. Is this mod detrimental to ranges at all?
Cutting the corner off of the front piece is very helpful, I did 481IceDragon's mod to make the turret drop out more and the turret dropped out unevenly. I cut the front part as you described and now the turret comes out level. Thanks for the guide, good luck with the mod contest!
The only thing this mod affects is how you can load it and how many loaded darts you can carry at one time.

If you followed it correctly it wouldn't have dropped out unevenly..
Unfortunately I will have to correct you. if you noticed that the rear grey piece has a indentation that the front grey piece does not, which is why the turret comes out unevenly; the rear grey piece can open out further than the front piece, by cutting in the same indentation on the front piece, this allows the front grey piece to open out as far as the rear grey piece. hopefully if you review my pics it will be a bit clearer.
