P.S.: I'll ask my stupid question again... what's a stock? ^_^

The stock is the but of the gun that goes against your shoulder.

Oh, okay. Thanks.
Another thing: what's the point of hooking the Scout up to the Unity Power thing? Seems pointless to me...

Some one will find a reason. Why take up room in your pocket when you could put it on that gun?

You know, just yesterday I was trying to figure out a (nice) way to combine an at3k and an xbow. I hope the big one and medium one stuck together isn't as cumbersome as it looks because that would fit the bill nicely.

Either way, the pistol on the rocket launcher is clearly a ripoff of the horsemen. I don't remember which of them holstered the LnL at a right angle like that but it sure bears a striking resemblance. Not half bad.

Guess I'll have to pony up for a few combo packs when that beast becomes available.

Holy CRAP! My Cox high speed internet has been out for two days now, and this is what I have missed! All I have to say is that those are far better than I imagined them to be. The color is awesome, red and gray always work beautifully together. And as for them all hooking up, the design is also way better than I thought it was. Thanks a lot Talio, now I'm very excited about the blasters launch date.

I believe that was VACC with Binky.

Vacc holsters his LnL's parallel to his xbow. Someone else put theirs perpendicular like this. Chris perhaps?

OK I've got five things to say about this. First off they look sweet; kind of like they took the colors off the old Nintendo zappers (orange, light grey, dark gray) added red and worked from there.

The second thing is about Voltron. Back in the day it came as one uber box set that hooked together. These had a tendency to snap at the parts that connected them together so I hope that Hasbro made them robust because kids put them through a lot.

Fifthly if the pistol sideways like that, un-cocked you could theoretically grab it push it forward cocking it, disconnect it turn around and fire in one smooth motion. I'm not sure if that's how it works but it's a possibility.

Im just gonna...

Call the scout the N3
Call the hornet the N6
And call the titan the N1

All who are smart will follow after me -_-

Im really liking the N3, seems promising, the N6 seems okey too, but if its anything like the blastifre, range and velocity cant be all that good. Titan will be a one-shot wonder, too bad it takes forever to pump.

I dont like the integration, Id rather the N3 lock onto the N6, the only guns well be using; probobally.

Why not just Scout, Titan and Sane Hornet? "Sane" seeing as how this one doenn't seem to be poorly designed.

Do we really know if the gun takes forever to pump up? Or is this just whining at the way it looks to have to be pumped up forever?

Wow. Very nice looking guns. I hope they're remakes of GOOD guns, if they are just putting new shells on old internals. Personally, I didn't think the DX5000 was that good, maybe this new one is an improved remake of it? Tech Target and Night sight are great guns. I would really hate to see the engineers at Nerf put a ton of restricters, small air chambers, and bent hoses in the guns to make them "safe".... I'd scrap half my nerf projects if these were any good. If they are as good as the DX, Xbow, and LnL, promote the awesome job the new designers are doing!! Pimp these guns to everyone you know! New Xbow and LnL!

But the good news is, if these guns ARE awesome and cheap, and more people start nerfing, I will have more time to make better stuff for nerf wars, such as mission items and bombs to defuse and stuff.

Hey, anyone play nerf wars like that? I saw some lasertag groups that did. They would have "terrorists" and "paramilitary". The terrorists had an electronic "bomb" or super weapon prop, with a timer and some wires to cut to deactivate it. The paramilitary group started somewhere and set up a timed prop that would activate a strobe light or rotating light and play a clip of a black hawk landing. They'd set the thing to X number of minutes and when the timer ran out, the "dropship" would be there to pick them up. Cool idea for wars. They had some other kewl stuff too. Think I'll start a topic on props/devices used in nerf wars.... -_-

Most try not to make realistic, so usually people don't do those scenario games. This won't be another XBow since it isn't even spring. I don't see how nerf releasing a line would influence to to stop your project. Your ideas had promise, you should finish them

3DBBQ, If you're saying that the hornet looks too small, then I kind of agree with you. If the cocking mechanism is like an sm250, then I'm doubting how large the plunger tube could be.

It seems that the top front of the hornet cocks foreward like the backwards cocking thing on the bf. If not, then we get to look foreward to a different internal design for a semiauto. As far as mods go, I see putting the internals of the titan on top of the hornet, then routing the hornet's pump to pump both guns. Thats right, hornet and titan. Not N6 and N1.

Well, we've been told it will take along time to pump in the first thread, and dude, its a foot pump. Need I say more?

On the defuse a bomb scenario you could use a rubiks cube or other puzzle that you have to complete, under fire. OK a rubiks cube would be a little tough but it would be along the same lines as defusing a bomb.

I prefer not to. The original names have fewer syllables anyhow. Fewer syllables=takes less time to say=saves oxygen=saves our environment. :P

Not a foot pump. Just a stock pump like the blast bazookas by air zone. Meaning, you don't have to put it on the ground to pump it. And the times you pump it depends on how big the pump tube is, and how big the airtank is. Never know if it takes 2 pumps or 8 pumps to fill to firing pressure just by the looks of the case.

What's wrong with:

Scout
Hornet
Titan

We just snag the "Hornet" moniker back from the Mad Hornet and start referring to that by its full name... when we refer to it at all. I don't think we need abbreviations for these names. After all, "Scout" is fewer chars than "SM1500".

Not that I really care about the evolution of our lingo.

Here's what bugs me.
The Hornet. How do you hold it? Any gun, real, fake, or imaginary that has two handles has the trigger on the back one. Am I not correct? I kind of look forward to the characteristics of this gun.
