Well If an extra 3 feet matters all that much to you then yes.I think anything over 45ft either won't last long, or is bullshit.
I took the ar's out of mine, and it hits about 40ft max. Fine by me.
Yeah, I just removed the pen mod and slapped a new or ing on and it gets around 40...Do you think the power stock I'm making will help at all?

Essentially, the power stock should give you about the same range increase as putting rubber bands on a Nitefinder. So yeah, 3 feet.

All power stocks really do is make it a little more difficult to prime, as there is now the extra "poundage" of another spring to contend with.

Hahah you guys suck. You need to get better rubber bands if all you can get is an extra 3 ft. There's a reason people use them. I get these thick ass mail room rubber bands.
Same thing with power stocks. I have a recon that pushes 60' with its powerstock. I tuned it down for the safety of the gun. But 55'ish isn't to bad. Especially when you slap a raider drum on it. Recons are best with short barrels. cause they have such a pussy plunger system and dart loading scheme. Don't expect much and you wont be disappoint. And unless you are going to do a full angel breech setup and force yourself to use the front attachment, you might as well leave the barrel stock too. cause even if you do do all that shit you will still top out around 60 REAL ft. and that's like 100 EBAY ft.

Forgive my spelling and grammar. I post from my cell phone a lot. Sometimes when I'm on the can at work.

I'm not here to grow my e-dick at all.
My Recon shot 62ft flat.
I had several mods, like AR removal, random hole plug, stretched spring, wrapped PT, and power stock.
It was hard to cock, and ranges began to diminish, until finally the back end of the plunger tube busted out.
So, moral of the story, don't expect a fucking cannon out of any Recon. It will break soon.

... to be able to get a better burst or sustained fire, rather than blowing the whole load at once.
