I know the dimension. I just wanted to know if there is some special drill bit you could use for .572. it's a iittle bigger than a 9/16" drill bit, and a little smaller than 19/32. However, I've never seen a drill bit that big come in increments smaller than 1/16.

Sorry I overread your question. I could make a 3k barrel spacer, but I don't have a 3k at the moment.

But anyway, I just drill a 9/16" hole and file it out, like umpshaplapa stated

Well aside from buying a custom drill bit, or using a file, is there any other way to get a hole that fits petg perfectly?

Get a 1/2" wooden dowel cut it down the center, but not all the way. Sled a peice of sandpaper in the grove and wrap the excess sand paper around the dowel put it in your drill chuck end run it through he 9/16" drilled holes until the petg fits.

Interesting idea. And JSB, even 37/64" is still a little big, not exactly .572. It's .578.
