Erm, I know for a fact K&S brand brass costs under $3.00 American per foot. At least where I go it does.

Never get SteelWorks brand brass. It sucks. It bends, and it can't be found in many places. My 'Hobby Hobby' sells K&S brand for $4.99 for 12 inches. SteelWorks is $3.57 for the same. K&S is a better brand, and has all the sizes you are looking for. Incase you cared, Rona sells brass.

9/16 has the same fit as 1/2 inch copper, a little tighter though. I would use it for everything. However, for a spring pistol, you are going to want either an overall tighter barrel, or a nested tighter section. This is to pinch the dart and keep it in the barrel until the full burst of air hits it. I think 13/32 is the size you want for the tighter portion of the barrel. Tell me how it goes.

I'm thinking of completely brassing my Sm5k with 9/16 brass before the war. the only problem is I will need to make a new breach, and I will have to innovate a couple of parts of the breach assembly. What do you guys think?

And to you, Halfie, it's not broken like I first thought, just severely sprained. It fucking hurts, I hope I will be okay for our war.

Cain was Evils integration of 2 1.5k's into 1 crossbow shell. It was based after his previous integration, Daemon. Cain is basically better in every way, and he eventually sold both Daemon and Cain off when he started liking Maxshots. Chrysler bought cain.

Yeah, well, it pretty much fucked itself over when I bought it, no fault to EVIL or myself. So I had to take it apart, plug a leak, replace one of the pumps, and just for kicks make it shoot minis too. That wasn't a hassle, just shoved some brass inside pvc. I'm also thinking about getting a real trigger on the main barell. Cause now it's just a key ring I have to pull with my middle finger.

Yeah, it was gym class. I'm almost fully healed now, except a nice chunk of flesh missing from my thumb... damn brass pipe and duct tape.

Yeah, Cain sounds pretty cool I guess, but how much did you pay for that thing? And why? Why? Couldn't you make your own, and have the great feeling of accomplishment?

Okay, the war gets nearer, yet the snow still stays. This is never a good thing, as you could already guess. The blasted frozen water crystals have a bout 3 weeks to get the fuck off of my lawn... or we won't be having a kickass war. It'l be okay, don't worry.

I have been making darts like mad lately, I've just been so bored. I have 48 darts done in 1 hour all together. I have FBR for another 90 or so if I keep to my 2 inches per dart. For the people who will use my darts, I am weighting them with BB sized split shot fishing weights. I would advise you all to do the same if you are making your own darts. There isn't much time for your guests to get me orders either, and I only have two orders right now, Nazgul and Ryan.

I hope you guys are still thinking about the war! And yeah, continue with your lives, talk if need be. Oh, and lastly, Spectre lost his internet, Sympatico shatted out on him. He won't be posting for a little while, they will tend to getting him service back within the week.

The 20th of March, 2003 is the official date, set by me. Mike will agree, that's when he is around here.

The warm has arrived! I didn't need to wear a coat today, I was out in a jacket. I don't know what the temperature was, but I couldn't see my breath, so it had to be abopve 0*C. If it all doesn't melt soon, we will eat it all to get rid of it... watch out for the yellow.

Yes, about the war. 20th sounds good. And it's warming up. Quite considerably. It's only a low of -4*C tomorrow. I think by Sunday it'll be around t-shirt and short weather (5*C). I'm also making darts at incredibly slow pace. One reason may be that I'm out of glue. Another may be that I'm out of weights. At any rate, I should have enough done for the war. And Cam, you owe me 4" of brass.
