This war is going to be mest! Sorry guys but my dad wants to stay a bit just to see the war and to see whats going on. If the war goes good the we should have another one!!!

And yeah, 9 days is correct. Yet, Spectre is nowhere to be found... it could eb the result of a shot to the eye, but we'll keep that under wraps. I think he's dead though, he hasn't talked in a week.

Do do do, I forgot to tell you guys I got a Maxshot, 5 actually. All modded with 12" 9/16 brass barrels, and 17/32 nested brass. PVC threaded for airtightness, it's my own little twist. Doesn't take long to reload either, the quick priming time makes up for it. Oh, Ryan got one too, so he'll be there with his own gun! Yeah, he's got the same mod as mine. Oh, I put a laser on mine, actually, on all my guns, and it is so accurate. I have it shooting within millimetres of the laser.

I had a few buddies over today after school to work on English... let's just say Nerf became the prime focus. We shot eachother the whole time, except for a SCII break and some mini-sticks. My fucking back has never felt so sore. With my MShot, we shot eachother in the ass, and then the leg, and then between the shoulder blades. All I can say is that you better not be pussies, my guns will hurt you. As will Mike's, and Ryan's gun.

I agree with Blink, if this war works out, we will have another one, hosted by me and Mike again if he is up for it.

Do you know how much I went through to get the 20th open for me? I went through 3 crying girls, a pissed off mom, an upset group of guys, and well... a wall of chocolate. We won't get into it.

Prepare for pain, biatches... 9 days and counting.

Hey I had to go through a wall of chocolate to... and then i woke up. Well anyhow I just found these getto safty glasses im taking.LOL. I single barreled my at 4k (it's allright not the best)painted it black also. My darts are cool, I found some glow in the dark paint so I put it on the tips of my darts...look awsome.

I just found a maxshot at walmart so I picked it up. I'm going to be taking this to the war but what mod should I do?... the one on the site or does anyone else have any different ones they did to thers? I looked at BW, is that the one on the site only with threaded cpvc.....?

Okay, nice find man. Where did you go? I found my stockpile at the Walmart off of the Highway... 401? Anyways, yeah, good find.

As for the mod... I'm gonna take a picture of my gun for you so you can see it, but it is basically Cx's mod, with a threaded adapter, it's double nested, and I left the safety inside.

It's quite an easy mod after doing it 4 times... for you, it should be a good mod. By the way, what's your arsenal looking like? I remember that you had almost no guns...

I'm calling Mike... we haven't talked in a whole week, so I can't tell you if he has the maps. He likes to procrastinate though... who knows whats happening.

Wow, about six days until the war... I never thought it would happen. Now that it's reality, we have to make sure it's a success so that we can plan more wars! God, I just hope the weather gets a few degrees warmer, and it stops snowing/melting so often.

Anyone have any last minute comments, or... cancellations? I hope only the former applies to everyone... cancelling isn't cool!

Oh yeah, and could I get a show of hands on who needs darts? I have Nazgul's order done, and I have to start my batch. Spectre is bent on making his own... and I have to do Ryan's now. That's about 300 darts that I have to make... which means I have to buy more foam and fishing weights. So, while I'm out, anyone else need darts?

The mighty Spectre has returned, kids. As for not posting in the past moon cycle, Diablo 2 has once again taken hold of me. I'll kick it in the nads for the war though. Vince had better do that too.

As for the maps, I've already told Nazgul and Blink that I can't get maps. Instead, I have directed them to MapQuest and given them the address for the school. For those who didn't know, we will be setting up behind the school, near the portables. We will be on the far side of the farthest portable.

I will be bringing tools, and about 3' of PVC, along with some other various pieces of guns, for repairs. Cam, I need like 50 darts. I don't have enough FBR left. I'm gonna pump out a bunch of darts later on today and tomorrow. Blink says he'll look for some flagging tape for us (thanks). Flags will be MaxShot bullets on a piece of PVC (thanks again Blink).

Um...did I miss anything?

I just finished making the flags for the teams. I used two old t-shirts, one black, and one white. Who is bringing the pvc for the flags with the maxshot bullets on them. I think I have some pvc we can use.If someone else brings it along, cut the end of the pipe on a 45*angle so it will stick into the ground. Plus I have 2 extra maxshot bullets if needed. I will bring them along anyway. Glad to see you back Spectre and see everyone at the war!!!

Mike, you may need to wait for darts... I have 15' left of FBR. Not alot. I need to buy lots more fishing weights... and I think that Ryan will be more than happy to ask his dad to take us out for another Nerf day. I think we'll be buying 3 bags of the stuff, and about 300 bb splitshots.

As for the flags im good. Im going to take you up on that offer for the maxshot bullets. All I have are two so could I borrow then for the war. PVC Im fine with. Im going to pick some up today. How many flags do we need 6...?(3 for each team)and how long 2 feet each. Sounds good to me. Thanks for making me part of the team(i sound so hockey coach)hehe

The flags for the teams are also cut and ready to go. BW and luck with the school having power for the glue and other powet tools. If not w/e I can look if I have a power jack so we can plug it into the car lighter and recieve power from that!(dont think i got one but if anyone else does... bring it.)

Tomorrow is the war, and my darts aren't done, my Ln'L fscked itself, and my Maxshot has a loose plunger... what else could go wrong?

I hope the rest of you have been practicing with targets... me and Ryan have been for a coupel days now, and we calculated that if we can hit an object (doll) in the head, that is six inches tall, from 15 feet away, we can hit a human head from about 100 feet, with a good dart, no wind. Pretty impressive, but we won't have to use that kinda skill, ha.

Okay, so, I think a recap has been called.

The war will start at 11:30am, contrary to what you may have read/heard from Spectre of myself. The war will go to about 4:30pm - 5:00pm. We will be playing an array of different war games and such. There WILL be forest warfare. We will go over those rules at the time.

Bring your darts if I'm not making them for you, and bring some money. I am selling darts at 10 cents a piece, I could change that to 5 cents if I really need to. However, the pre-ordered price will remain the same, and you will get 10 extra darts for pre-ordering from me. Thanks for that.

Eye protection is number one kids, bring it. I don't have any extra, and Spectre said he bought some swimming goggles, so he may have extras for you. As long as they won't shatter/break easily, they are acceptable. No protection, no play. I suggest you write it on your hand. Also, these guns hurt, think about wearing a spring jacket or wind breaker for the day.

Lunch will be provided by you. Bring it. I won't be making anyone sandwiches tomorrow. If you really want to, you can go to a nearby plaza to get something to eat, but I suggest sticking with us... remember what Blink said about me walking into Tim Hortons with my Sm5k... not a good idea. If you don't bring money or a lunch... you're shit outta luck.

Backpacks. Bring em. You're gonna want a safe place to put your stuff when we are talking, and possibly migrating to another location, which I hope won't happen. Now, it's a good idea to mark your bag atleast... I sound like I'm babysitting you guys, but I just want this to go smoothly.

Tools and such will be provided by me and Mike. Mike has a big tool kit, while I am opting to bring my little repair kit to the place in my backpack. We will have glue, tape, PVC, copper, screw-drivers, hammers, knives... you know, the usual. If you think you're going to need anything, bring it. As for the power.... Blink, you better bring everything that you think will help you. The school won't have power... unless the janitor leaves a door open.

Flagging tape is going to be provided by Blink I believe... well, we should hope so. We need to mark our guns distinctivly, or else someone might mistake them. To further aid us, my dad will be coming with me and Mike to explain to the local OPP that we are playing a game, and we will be showing them a Nerf gun of ours. I just hope they will understand... it's either we tell them, or we risk getting told.

As for refreshments... I'm thinking that I'll bring a cooler with some stuff, like juice and such. I think you guys could pitch in a bring some drinks along, and throw 'em in the cooler for us. Lunch will be at around 1:00 or so. It will be more of a break, considering that the war basically starts at lunch time... but we can work around that. Just eat a nice breakfast to hold you until 1:00.

I feel confident in saying that Nazgul will be able to bring his camera, and he is still working on the DvD camera. Thank you very much for this Nazgul, I can't wait to see the action... and submit it to NH. Thank your dad for us if we don't see him.

I hope to GOD I didn't forget anything... maybe Mike could read this and pcik out things I may have missed, and post about them.

Everything sounds in order. I only have one pair of extra goggles, and Nazgul has already asked to use those. Anyone else who needs them better get a ride to your nearest sports shop and buy some. I'll also be bringing my toolbox, and my self-dubbed "Pandora's Box of Goodies in a Bag", full of everything, from spray-paint, to pvc, from springs, to guitar strings. Last minute reply, sorry I was away cuz i was preparin for a tourny for friday and it turned out great! Also im pretty confident bout the digi-cam but hopefully my dad wont change his mind right before the war . Also thanks to mike for the goggles. And i really hope it wont be very wet tomorrow, also ill be bringin two other guys, one is ma friend(pretty good at nerf but still a newb) and the other is some guy on teh street wit a coppered barrel sm1500(hes a noob). Im gonna be up alnight today also, ill be up and early at like 6-7 tomorrow to do some last minute touches. Cam, the darts got burnt? Heeheh any ways, as long as i have them thatll be fine. Also i might buy some more darts there for ur price, maybe. I think thats all i have to say for now! Ill see you all tomorrow!
