Over your torso you mean? Or your arm?
Torso, I highly doubt it, unless there's some special type for construction. For arm, 3 inch or 4 inch could work.

I was thinking of making really small stephans and they would be able to feed into a hopper evenly. The problem is they would probably be facing the wrong way. :/ I'm working on a turret type clip, meaning that the shells are all attached to each other and move together.

I think you would add 5-10 feet on to the range by taking off the whole bar thing, the weight decreases power and the bar adds friction.

I would recomend the use of hollowed out crayola markers inside a length of 1/2" SCH40 PVC for guns that use stock micros.

Ive used that on my AT2k, LBB and NF. Works great with matchsticks too.

I usually use my local school, so like the closest is a park. Also, we used a parking garage one time, which combines the confindness of indoors with the longrange of outdoors. Also we use a local park.

If you nest a crayola barrel in the PVC it'll shoot micros, just the PVC will shoot mega stefans and for the arrow just glue or an arrow barrel to a peice of PVC.

For the date, I was thinking June 24th, which is the Saturday after our school gets out for summer. Would that be alright with the people coming? Be free to bring anyone you want Leftnut. The tentative time is 3-6 with dinner after. In the way of food, we'll probably order chinese food or pizza. Or we could go to the dinner next to the "battle feild." We'll either pick teams or do visitors versus home team. Oh, and rotary, I think homemades wont be allowed unless it is a pistol type weapon or a blowgun, but we'll see. And eye protection is mandatory, sunglasses, if used, have to be wrap around. I'll bring extra protection just incase someone forgets or something.
