If the plunger tube you're using for the snap is 1 1/4" PVC, then you need a 1 1/2" rubber washer to get a good seal. 1 1/4" washers are used to pad the front of the plunnger head so when it strikes the front bushing the impact is lessened. Someone has also tried making the darts feed better with this mod and there have been some success stories of people using this on NF's, though I haven't tried it myself yet. I suspect if it works on an NF it will work with a BBB
I thought I might as well mention that these DO in fact work in hoppers! I ordered a sample pack and made all of the silicone headed darts. My snap's hopper never jammed up and I was using a 10 dart hopper(stefans)and 16 inch cpvc barrel.
Did you have to cut the foam at all to fit the hopper? In the video the foam looks pretty long, and in my experience hoppers tend to only accept < 1.5" stefans
