using the threaded method, less for multiple reloads, more just to change tips pre battle for what i want.
seven shots, middle one has an insert that fires the small yellow arrows allong with six regulars. has a titan barrel attachment for the big missile with a cpvc center that shoots 1-3 stock darts.
shotgun: ~35-50 feet (2 pumps)
missile: ~20 feet (3 pumps)
arrow with shotgun: ~60 feet (that thing glides) (2 pumps)
single barrel: ~ 90- 100 feet depending on dart flight path. (2 pumps)
nothing special. hose is kinda leaky, pumps super cheap

for price reference
1 U.S. dollar is about 7 yuan.
making the alpha trooper around 87 dollars, however putting the 18 shot clip at about 10 (probably very close to the U.S. market price)

i've been doing a tweak on this for years. you can take cover the gun with a layer of painters tape, then tape down the paper stencil and cut it out right there. very quickly you get accustomed to the level of pressure to cut through the tape and not dig into the plastic. this drasticaly cuts time and gives a very fluid adaptation of the size/layout of your stencil

Holy cow, I just realized something! (and yes it involves a video game weapon) This looks like a marksman's rifle in Borderlands in a way.
OMG!!!!!1!!11!!!!!!!
the mental image of you saying that horrifies me.
Anyways with some determination you can add a spring behind the plunger itself operating essentially as a build in recon powerstock. it doesn't' give quite as much room to do so but gives a nice addition without having to do any structural modification to the gun behind planting the spring the end of the plunger and to the back of the plate to keep it in place as it compresses.
