My Modded Guns- 51 Guns With Pics

01 March 2007 - 12:39 AM

I'm looking for any kind of feedback on these guns, especially appraisals on their worth.

The Magstrike clip is shown seperately because I scraped off the edge and removed the belt clip so now it works on my PC.
Most everything is a CPVC coupler, and you can ask for ranges on certain guns.

Nerf Buzzsaw, A Ripsaw Remake

29 December 2006 - 02:16 AM

I heard reports of somebody seeing a Nerf Buzzsaw in walmart a couple days ago for sale. They said it was a clip fed trigger ballgun. I was at Target on the 26th and every single nerf product was sold out minus a few dart packs. But I did see a little price tag that said Nerf Buzzsaw and was somewhere around $30 (I can't remember because I thought nothing of it at the time). I spent a good 20 minutes searching the web with no success about this new gun. From the description and the name of it I am thinking a RipSaw remake. That would be really awesome considering the ripsaw is one of the best ballguns made. Can anybody else shed any light on this gun.
P.S. I might be going to wal-mart tommorow and if I do I while check it out, and most likely buy it.

Rapid Fire 8?

15 December 2006 - 11:24 AM

I had never heard of this gun before and was wondering if anybody else had. I am not posting the auction, just the pics from it. It looks like similar packaging to the RF20, only it is an RF8.

Possible Uk Source For Old Lanard Guns?

10 November 2006 - 08:16 PM

I was searching around and I found a website with an order form that has every single Lanard gun on it. I don't know if they will actually send you an out of production gun such as the Max Shot, or if they are just too lazy to update the site. Maybe somebody in the UK can order something and see if it is real. It is a possibility that guns such as the Max Shot still are in production, but just are not as available as much. For example, the Max shot is still on Lanard.com. Anyway, here is the link. It appears that they have every single lanard product, not only guns. Just to let you know.

A Possible Valve Fix

03 November 2006 - 11:34 PM

I know that I have heard about a million people complaining about their valves leaking, especially in Big salvos. I think I made a discovery that will help that little problem.
I am finding that small pieces of plastic dust and shavings are falling into my valves possibly from cutting the original barrels, making it imposible to hold air. Well, I think I found a way to get that unwanted plastic out. For it to work best, you probably will want the casing to stay on your gun because you will be hitting it on a hard surface. What I do to start is hit the barrel/s of your air gun on a hard surface (i used a concrete floor), so that most of the plastic comes out of the valves through the barrels. I know that you can damage your gun by smashing it on the ground, but it was a risk I was willing to take. Then, to remove the rest of debries from the valves you can do 2 different things. 1 Pump the gun as quickly as possible, and while the air hasn't completely leaked, pull the trigger while the gun is face down. This can blow some plastic out. 2. Take a thin (about 1/4") circular wooden rod and push into the valve while the gun is face down and twist the stick quickly. This will loosen the debries in the valve, and you will have to do step 1 to blow all the loose plastic out. You should combine these with hitting the gun on the ground face down. Repeat this until your gun no longer leaks. Lastly, you can remove the remaining plastic from the inside of the barrels, using your fingers. I have successfully tried this with my big salvo, SSPB, and my Blastfire, and have only failed it on my SS2. Before you call this totally ridiculous, try it and see for your self, it really works. Tomorow I hope to post some stuff in this thread about my big salvo, because I managed to plug the pump, and take some pics in the process. I also changed the barrels to 18" of CPVC, for the 40 pumps I am using versus the 8-10 it took before the Overpressure release valve kicked in.
