I do not own a deploy, but I assume that it is not the rubber on the dart tips causing them to bend, but rather the type of dart tooth a deploy has. It has an old style dart tooth which has been shown to cause bending in the elite darts.

Edit: Also, what kind of tips are you looking for?

If you are only adding a 9kg spring to your stampede, there shouldn't much of a problem. My stampede is running an almost 9kg spring and it is holding up just fine so a 9kg is probably safe.
