The PhilaNerfia nerf club members are traveling up to an indoor airsoft facility in Allentown PA called Phoenix Action Sports, for an evening of nerf games on New Years day.

We're a super-stock nerf club but we are also testing the waters of ultra-stock and for this war we are expecting to see a few blasters up in the 110-200FPS range, that being said we are open to beginners and stock blasters as many of us are running super stock or even bone-stock strength load outs.

Open to:

Any and all nerfers running super-stock nerf gear (150FPS cap) and certain ultra stock blasters (150-200FPS) will also be allowed.   

We prefer that everyone use soft-tipped darts.  Please do not use darts with hard tips, or darts with metal in them. 

PhilaNerfia's monthly Main Event: Born on the NERF of July  

July 15th, 11AM until dark. 

Tyler State Park in Newtown, PA at the Hickory Nut Picnic Area.

• Superstock only!  Muzzle Velocity capped at 150FPS.  Please do not bring homemade or 'nic' level blasters.  No FVJ's either. 

• Please dress accordingly, The area that we use is mostly shaded.  However, it is still pretty darn hot outside and you will be much better off if you wear athletic clothes and a good stable pair of running shoes. 

• Make a plan for food.  We plan on nerfing very hard, all day long, and you will need calories available to burn.  I recommend eating a BIG breakfast, and then eating more while you drive to the event.   Snacks like bananas and protein bars really help.  At the very least, plan around the possibility of ordering pizza and bring some cash for a group pizza delivery.

Notes:

There are 5 moderators (Wil, Rob, Ron, John Jr, and Jimm) so please direct any questions, concerns, and suggestions our way.  We have reserved the space for the day and we will be arriving early to set up cover elements.  There are bathrooms available and a water fountain as well. I'm anticipating a decent turnout for this event so if you haven't been to one of our games for a while, this is the one to check out. Hope to see you there!

note:

since we are paying to nerf indoors here at this facility, let's try to arrive early to load up, discuss blasters and game types, etc. so that we can maximize the value we get for paying to nerf here. 

quick rules:

• our club is adult aged and prefers mature players but youngsters (15+) can participate only if they bring an adult who also participates.

• super stock only, no N.I.C. / Homemade blasters, no homemade darts -  we use standard length mass produced darts, BoomCo, Rivals, etc. (no "stefan" darts) 

• all blasters chrono under 150FPS

• eye protection is a must
