Great mod guide! Just one thing. It normally is the pvc that varies in size enough to fit the cpvc inside, not vice versa. Also, for people not lucky enough to find this "magical pvc", a 5/8th spade bit works great to widen out the pvc. if you're careful, you can maintain a perfect seal. You can also always just sand down the cpvc until it fits inside the pvc. Other then that, great job! I look forward to seeing future mod guides from you.

Ah not quite. CPVC is the pipe that varies. PVC tends to stay fairly consistent. That's why you take your darts with you to buy CPVC for barreling.

So, when I was looking for foam, I saw something called foamhaven.com. When I clicked the link, It was like a 2nd nerfhaven! What is it?

How on earth is it hard to use but easy to navigate? I fail to see how that's even possible.

If you guys are talking about this stuff, then it should be obvious that we don't use 15mm diameter.If you find a listing for 12mm or 13mm, that might work. 19mm would also be great for MEGA/Jumbo size darts.

Oh, I just did a search to and you're right, there's only 15mm right now. A while back I saw 1/2", 3/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1 1/4", and 1 1/2" sizes. They're gone now. Hmm...
