Has Anyone Tested This SolarBotics Motor?

I found a thread that had been made while back about these motors, the Solarbotics GM2.

I was looking at their site and saw this, the GM3.

Has anyone tested and got specs on the GM3? The price is actually less than the GM2.

Rights Issues With Homemades

So, I was just wondering, are there any rights issues when it comes to making a Homemade designed by someone else? I really haven't built one yet but let's just imagine that I have and would like to mass produce a particular design and sell them. (By mass-produce I mean hand assembly, not factories).
Let's say I wanted to build RainbowPups. Do I owe anything to Ryan? Any royalties for using and selling his design?


I await your responses, and remember, this is all hypothetical, I'm not in any shape to be doing this for a looooonnnngggg time.

I was just on Amazon and I spotted this. Is it new or have I just not seen it? Because I've never seen it. It looks like it would make a nice Jolt alternative and perfect for double-hip-holstering for some western quick-draws.

Hey, I was browsing the web for foam sources and I found This Company. They claim to make their foam however the customer wants and they show bright colors that would make for high recovery rates. I don't know what the density is but it's a possible source.


(Or is this the place you were talking about SkullFace44?)


*EDIT* I also just saw This Place. They are in the US and claim much the same thing. Has anyone seen these before?

*EDIT2* The first company is in Canada. Guelph Ontario to be exact.

How To Do Chrome/Mirrored Finish

I've seen a couple of blasters with chrome finishes and I'm wanting to know how it's done. Are there special techniques or certain paints I need to have?
