With that set aside, I like the convenience of making one of these. Also, I very much enjoy the reliability of firing at least one dart 100% of the time (according to your data). Shooting two darts is better than none!
I will have to give this a try.

did not know how close (area) it was to Il. Make a set date then i can give you a for sure answer. Sunday the 10th sounds like itd work for me

Try cutting the tip of the dart, then filling it with hot glue. Should prevent some fish tailing and make for a straighter trajectory.
