What about the length of your cut down spring? It may be too short.
Well, the spring has a tiny bit of pre-compression when fully assembled, but there is some space (about 1/2 an inch) on the plunger rod the spring does not take up.

It could be that your darts are vacuum loading, I had this problem with my couplered NF.

Sometimes with stock darts, more power can make them get worse ranges. Are the darts spinning out or flying straight? If they are flying straight, the above suggestions are probably true.

You are probably using the wrong size washer. The washer's total diameter should be about the same size as the outer diameter of the pipe, at least for the medium-size PVC plungertubes. That means that it will touch the walls, and will have a bit more material to warp, so that it has a centimeter or so of actual contact with the walls.

. I also wanted to mention, eventually i will be doing a titan mod, maybe one day a video for my ssbp. Any ideas and reccomendations are welcome and i will look into a homemade soon
