On the other hand, the guy who posted before me used the word 'fuck' a lot so he probably knows what he's talking about.

I dont have many pics of my steps, mainly because I didnt think it would work. Sorry about that.
This is my second mod (first just being a maverick with AR removal, penny mod, and barrel extension), but is the first in cpvc barrel replacement and paint
It is based on the Chaos Marines bolt pistol from Warhammer 40k
Didnt use pics for reference, just winged it
Got this broken Strikefire at Savers for $1. Opened it, one pin had been loose, so i super glued it so it would still move with the hinge without falling out again.
Barrel replacement using 1/2 inch cpvc and brass coupling, then AR drilled out (glued the couplping, original barrel, and cpvc together with "tough as nails" glue, dont know of how good an idea that was but it was what i had, no glue got on the inside). Bolt clip was made of an old gutted airsoft clip and a piece of square sanded plywood screwed to the bottom.
Parts painted with cheap flat black spray paint, (slide also then drybrushed with a hand mixed acrylic gunmetal paint), then Rub'n'Buff applied on edges. Fanged mouth piece yanked from a broken gun from a garage sale that looks almost like a tyranid (for those of you that play 40k)
The main gun piece itself was stripped of the front revolver ammo holder, sanded down edges with dremmel drill, "scarred", sprayed and then applied with Rub'n'Buff. A gloss finish was sprayed on all parts and then moving parts applied with gun oil and wd40. The clip was also filled with unfinished stephans painted gold and small details were applied with gold before applying finish. The gun was reassembled and all would be loose pieces got a nice amount of hot glue and super glue, which was then covered by Rub'n'Buff to look like welding.
Here's the finished gun
also glued a screw to look like a clip release in an open spot.
might add a chain to the back later
otherwise, DONE!
The gun is a bit wierd to load because you have to turn the rounds as you load them, although, the gun shoots and average of 27.2 ft at no angle (i didnt have sufficient room to test at a 30 degree angle and i used mod man stephans because mine suck)
please excuse my big explaination, i just had to tell my fellow nerfers, cuz it was a bit more complicated than a few pics could explain and wanted to dodge messaging all those who may have sent a message wanting to know

i did cut out a good amount of the "mesh" that holds the rounds, which i believe made a better vaccum, cuz i get about 5 more feet out of it
the finish i put over it keeps the paint from chipping in the center

I thought the paint turned out nice enough for a bit of a preview before I finished attaching the barrels. I'm not sure exactly how long they should be though, I've got about 3in long ones because they go almost to the ridge in the DS barrel, but I'm wondering if they should be shorter.
Anyways, I think I've seen DS's cut down this far before, but hopefully the finished product turns out nice enough for a write up to be worthwhile. Also, this DS has rigid plastic from the plunger to the barrel instead of the old style tubes that would kink up. I donno if that will be better or worse for power, but one can always hope.

If at first you don't succeed, add more epoxy.

Please PM me if you have a solution to this.(The Epoxy snapped off the Big Bad Bow, and yes I gave it time to cure)
EDIT: Thank you, everyone that PM'ed me with solutions to this. i will update it when this problem is solved.

Its an Airtech 2000...
And an Airtech 3000!
I did a nice dark matching gray paint job with PETG barrels and a textured hand grip. On the AT3K I bored 3/8" holes straight through the turret and improved the seal giving the turret 100% airflow from the tank, it shoots about 90' flat.
The AT2K has a 5/16" bore all the way from the turret down through into the tank almost doubling its air output. Because of this, I put beautiful 12" barrels all around!!!
This bad boy stably handles up to 10 pumps and gets ranges of 130' flat which is unheard of as long as I've been nerfing. And my Favorite part is the green goo gauge I modified!!!

A gift for a friend I finally got around to finishing. The paint is Duplicolor Metalcast, blue and green layered. Plastidip grip. Russian Roulette mod of course. The slide and cylinder are done in Metalcast yellow. Detail work done with paintpens and a lot of muffled cursing. I wish I'd gotten some better photos; indoor light doesn't do the Metalcast paint justice.

This is my supermaxx 750. It just has a 6 inch petg barrel and a plugged pump. Getting ranges of about 70 feet.
Last but not least, this is my wipeout pistol or PS800. It is getting 50-60 feet. The pencil velcroed onto the side is just a rod to get the dart to the bottom of the barrel.

Speak of the devil, the second after I take this picture, I decide to take one of it primed and it literally ripped apart...just more god damn work.

I also did the standard clip modifications. It took me 9 fucking layers of electrical tape to get this clip to not fall down after a few shots.
However, I have a small question. My friend has the new yellow n-strike magstrike. I punched out his ARs and he can shoot stefans very well. His also can't shoot streamlines because they are too big. However...
Mine can't shoot stefans for jack shit. What's even weirder than that is the fact that my iron man magstrike can shoot streamlines very effectively.
Did Hasbro change the design that much on the new magstrike? I'm very curious as to why the new magstrike and the iron man magstrike are so different.

It's couplered and I made a PETG breech for it. I've never seen a PETG breech done quite like this before, and I'm very happy with the results. It's very similar to an OATN breech except it has the coupler on the front which the PETG is attached to and thus keeps everything centered and prevents the PETG from being blown off of the brass when firing. The PETG is also funneled at the end so darts load easier and it slides over the brass easier.
Open:
Closed and loaded:
As of now nothing is preventing the barrel from being pulled all the way out. This won't likely be changing before the war.
A personal touch for kitty:
I'm also working on a 2k turret attachment. Hope you'll like borrowing it, kitty!

I was having fun shooting my blinds with my crappy doubleshot, then I started dinking around with my SM750. I should probably quit before I need to buy new blinds...
