Catch V2.0: Oreo.
Homemade Springer; 6" Brass barrel
Trigger: Carbon's
Range: At least 50'
Spec: Holster, paintjob
Think I'm gunna repaint her a little less liberally. Too much black. But for my first fade job, I'd say it's not bad.

It was based on the cutlass on the homemade section of NH and has a coupler for sch80 pvc which has 17/32 brass inside. It also has a coupler for my acrylic barrels inside. The pump is from one of my old broken blastfires and gets about 150' in 10 pumps.

Step 2: Drive to Toy Store.
Step 3: Buy a NF.
Blasphemy. I think you need to throw yourself against a wall, drive to store and buy yourself a brain.

As for ranges, I haven't been able to test it with darts. I still have to widen the barrel with my drill bit so all I've been doing is shooting rubber balls. The balls however fire extremely fast, traveling 35' with only a 2" drop.

On the back of the gun though, the end cap, it looks like theres a crack. Was this intentional or did it snap?

Oh, that. I actually dremeled sections of the endcap off so I could mount the handle back further. I will also do that to my next Big SNAP, which will feature pump action cocking.

Very nice for a first homemade, I like it, keep on with the good work blister.

Here it is with a ported 12" barrel. It fires about 75'.
And here it is with a ported 16" barrel. With it I can fire about 85-90'.
The porting is kind of useless with the SNAPs because the air isn't moving fast enough for it to effectively silence the gun since there's a huge, metal plunger head smacking the front of the gun every time I fire. The barrels were originally intended for my Titan which is somewhat quieter with the barrels.

And here is the clothspin trigger.
The pictures are really bad since I've misplaced my proper camera.

FYI, I'm cleaning up this post thread. I'm eliminating comments and dead picture links. If you lose posts on your count, tough.

Well anyways, here's my latest. I've named it Hitchcock. Don't ask why... because I'm not sure I know.
Obviously still have to paint the sleigh and trigger but otherwise I'd say it's not bad. Breach opens when you cock it, 80-ish feet. Here's some more info if you really want.

Here's my first homemade.
No trigger.
No springs.
No cocking handle.
No fire control mechanism.
No gimmicks.
Range is around 110 feet.

here's a pic of it basicaly.
the frame is 1" PVC pipe, and the plunger is 1/2" PVC pipe. i have a clothespin trigger for the... well, trigger, and i'm using boltsniper's handle design.
i just need to find out where i could get a good/affordable spring. affordable meaning i can buy alot and still have plenty of money left.
if you have any ideas on how to improve it (without it being too complicated), sugjustions are welcome.

...that just looks like your basic homemade springer. Any hardware store should sell springs as cheap as they come. Just go look. ; o)

lol reaper, do you play resistance fall of manThe Topic
The Reaper
It's a pump/thumb actuated air powered gun I built with a magazine capacity of 42+1 in the chamber. It's max effective range is 400 feet, and havent tested it farther (max range may be more) that is only 133 meters which isn't too far when you really think about it. The regulator controls the amount of shots you get per charge, it can be from 1 at high power to 5 at low (indoor) power. I also have ordered a C02 bike pump for instant pressurization.
