I a little curious about the relative performance of the Airtech line's tanks. While the 4k tank is larger than the 3k tank, does it perform better or worse? You were mentioning on MWNC that you wanted to throw a 3k tank in there...

Ryan, how many pumps do you think will fill the tank with a replaced pump, like a bike pump? Also, 3K tanks are the way to go.

Not sure, hopefully more like 50 pumps to fill the tank. I'm going to get one of those dual action ones to make my life easier. I'll have to go to the store later today and see what I can find. 3k tanks are definitely the way to go.

4k tank sucks. The opening for the valve is maybe 1/4" or 3/8" as opposed to the 3k which is more like 1/2". Plus the 3k's tank releases air much faster.

I don't think a store bought dual action bike pump is going to cut down on the number of pumps too much. I think it might actually tire you out a lot faster, considering the dual bike pumps are a heck of a lot smaller than the ball pumps. I personally believe the ball pump would be a better bet, if it actually works at least. You might be able to find larger dual action pumps online though. I worked at a bike shop for quite sometime and all of our dual action pumps were pretty much the same. They are just made to cut down on space.

Maybe you could use an airbed pump?

But that would be a bitch to seal properly...........

Yes but good dual actions are able to hold a lot more pressure then a plain jane ball pump. Bike tires hold much higher pressure then say a basketball.

Anyways Added this to the directory!

Forgive my spelling and grammar. I post from my cell phone a lot. Sometimes when I'm on the can at work.

Knock it the fuck off and get back on topic. Next person who talks shit gets the thread closed and a 6 month ban.

You're fat.

Also, you're absolutely the worst thing about NerfHaven. You may think that your ruthless banning and over-moderation is helping the "creative vibe" by culling the dumbasses - but you'll notice that the amount of modifications and innovations has drastically decreased in the past few months. People are too afraid of posting their mods and ideas because it will ultimately be judged by you, who, for some fucking obscure, bewildering reason feels the need to stymie every fledgling creative process unless it passes your unique and specific set of criteria - which is still largely unknown to the general population.

News flash, dumbass: Forums are for communication, the exchange of ideas. If you're not on board with that concept, then please get the fuck out so the rest of us can contribute and actually grow this hobby. Example: I mean seriously, you banned AssassinNF (a positive, active, and enthusiastic modder) for 6 months because he back-seat modded?? WOW, you're really helping the community out there buddy! Would I trade a plethora of innovative and quality write-ups for a slight mishap in forum etiquette? Apparently you would.

Please, live out your dictatorship fantasies elsewhere. We're not little children.

Also, vikings weren't fat.

"That is a wonderfully persuasive argument", is what I'd say if I gave even the tiniest of shits about what you think or feel, Fome.

This is the gayest thread I've seen in a while. If Mcnumbers and his gal pals can't handle discussion and disagreement when it comes to their fucking NERF GUNS, they've come to the wrong place.

OMG! VACC told people who mod really good nerf guns to shut up, Nerf is dieing!!!!

I think everyone who reads or contributes to this site needs to take a big stap back and reallize we're discussing nerf guns. The fate of absolutely NOTHING important depends on what you, me, or anyone else does within the context of this site. So just drop the angry bullshit.
