I guess you have some heavy duty industrial strength toilet paper holders. Do they advise you to wear eye protection when changing rolls?

Yes!!! Fallen leaves is an AMAZING song. I guess Im kinda biased, becuase I live in Billy Talent's hometown, but they are a great band. They used to be my favorite before I got into metal. Im going to download some of the stuff I see here. List looks great so far.

Almost any Panic at the Disco, particularly from "Welcome to the Sound of PRETTY. ODD." On an entirely different note(pun not intended), I like Arch Enemy pretty well. The Last Enemy and Rise of the Tyrants by Arch Enemy... amazing.

Ive been playing guitar alot lately, but i dont listen to alot of music, and all thats on the radio today isnt my definiton of rock(Well, most of it.)My favoorite songs are... So post you favorite guitar oriented songs!

So you're looking for suggestions of what to play based solely on what other people like?

I'm guessing you're looking for electric and not acoustic, so here's a short list ( they're all bands, I don't have favorite songs, for the most part ):
Torture Division - Not really guitar-centric, just good, straight death metal. Links to their site where you can download both their demos free.

The Project Hate - Same guitar player as Torture Division. but he does more "fancy" stuff in TPH - again it's death metal but it has clear techno influence which makes for a nice crossover.

Hail Of Bullets - So, Hail Of Bullets focuses on World War II to pick their [death metal] lyrics and it turns out quite well. While Ed Warby and Martin van Drunen, drums and vocals respectively, really carry the band, the guitarists they picked impress me every time I listen to the album ...Of Frost And War.

Amon Amarth - Amon Amarth also sings about war, but in a more general sense, throwing in Norse mythology wherever possible. They play death metal as well and definitely have more prominent guitar solos than a lot of death metal bands.

If you're also interested in specific guitar players that would be good to study I recommend: Jason Becker ( probably the most amazing person in the music industry ever ), Buckethead and Steve Vai. Of course there's people like Jimi Hendrix, but I just wanted to throw out a few lesser known names.

I realize I may not have answered the OP's question that well, but I'm not entirely sure what "guitar oriented" songs are... all the bands listed certainly have distinct, impressive guitars in more songs than not.

Boston's first album is one of the finest examples of guitar rock ever.

Other songs:

Into the Lungs of Hell - Megadeth (its brevity is partly why I enjoy it.)
Good Company - Queen (where Brian May coaxes the sound of a full Dixieland band from his guitar.)
