#100296 Hand Grenade

Posted by Grenado on 23 February 2007 - 09:55 PM in Homemades

U understood it. I think that the Skitzo Grenades or the Barricade Busters might be a more viable option than this. Easier to load, too.

#100399 Hand Grenade

Posted by Grenado on 25 February 2007 - 01:51 PM in Homemades

Yeah, I meant that I was hoping that, say, your opponent is shooting at you with 1' stefans and you're using 2' stefans. You need to reload quickly but you're out of darts, except for the 1' ones your opponent has shot at you. Would the 1' ones work with out any modifications to the grenade?

How long do you think it will take to make one of these? And how much will it cost?

All very good questions, Skitzo. I have some too, like:

Will this actually have any use, like as Talio said:

There are no nerf grenades. There will never be nerf grenades. If there ever was nerf grenades, no respectable war would allow them. Why? It's fucking game. Just stop it all ready.

Here's the deal. You guys go to 10 respectable nerf wars (I say respectable for a reason) and then come talk to me about grenades. They just won't work in a real war.

Continnue your mental masterbation if you must, but just know, this thread is dumb.

Talio.

The only exceptions I've seen so far are the Skitzos and the Barricade busters.

When it's completed, can you experiment with different stefan lengths?

That's not really funny, it's actually the reason why we wear eye protection.

#90726 Eye Protection

Posted by Grenado on 28 September 2006 - 06:45 PM in General Nerf

I'm new to nerfing, and I thought this would be a good topic to get advice on.

#90755 Eye Protection

Buddy, first off, please no swearing. It just makes you seem like an idiot, and parents do see over your shoulder. Second, I am new to nerfing, and I have seen videos both with and without eye protection. I just want to know what's best is all.

That sounds good but I know my parents won't allow me to. Besides, on the forum they say that they got lots of spam emails and spam to their addresses.

Use the address of someone you hate.

Do you think Gmail would block the spam?

Maybe we should burn piratej at the stake. RAMBO, you would recommend this, right? You seem to have your head around things in this topic.

Yes, jackass. Remove that image. We are that picky. Croc got this same treatment when he put an image in his sig. I am also very pissed cuz I just burned my fingers on a candle. But that's irrelevant. So be a good boy and listen to CH and get rid of that image and put a link in there. Or WE WILL burn you at the stake.

Holy crap. Did you do all of those? And what about PayPal?

I was thinking, how do you think that buckshot would work as a weight?

#99689 Dartsmithing Tips Archive

Posted by Grenado on 12 February 2007 - 06:53 PM in Darts and Barrels

So, what do you guys think of using shotgun buckshot as weights? I'm going to try using .410 Remington.

#99661 Dartsmithing Tips Archive

Posted by Grenado on 12 February 2007 - 11:55 AM in Darts and Barrels

Haha, nice. Why do you burn a hole in the bottom of the dart?

#100054 Dartsmithing Tips Archive

Posted by Grenado on 19 February 2007 - 12:48 PM in Darts and Barrels

OK, I have tried out the buckshots, Sizes 2 and 6. Size 6 sucked. Horribly. It was far too small and light, and I had to put two in to get decent ranges, and then, of course, that screwed the accuracy to pieces. Size 2 was much better. It was about 3 times larger than the Size 6 shots, and about the same size as a BB. It was much more consistent, and had good range, and if you're buying in quantity, this is a cheaper alternative then buying BBs or 3/O fishing weights. Note- these were with lead shot, not steel. I will have ranges and pics soon, and maybe a video or two. I'm going to have steel shot stuff soon as well.

#100529 Cheapest Homemade Ever!

Posted by Grenado on 27 February 2007 - 10:38 PM in Homemades

You, also, are a "bit lax". We just wan't the forums to be a cleaner place, and it's better that this happened while he only had 19 posts or so under his belt than 100.

#100581 Cheapest Homemade Ever!

Posted by Grenado on 28 February 2007 - 08:17 PM in Homemades

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of "cheapest homemade ever"?

#100502 Cheapest Homemade Ever!

Posted by Grenado on 26 February 2007 - 10:27 PM in Homemades

Well, my personal reason for a shit-storm was because my dad had a heart attack a few days ago. Fa_24, you are absoulutely right, Bye bye, Jerkling! Piney, I think we all could use a beer.

#100480 Cheapest Homemade Ever!

Posted by Grenado on 26 February 2007 - 07:50 PM in Homemades

This is what we do for recreation, and it is really, really annoying when you come home and the posts are filled with crap by idiots who are to lazy to type a capital I when they refer to themselves.

#100474 Cheapest Homemade Ever!

OK, if he's going to be that big of a crybaby, maybe it's better that he left.

#100333 Cdr-s.m.

Is it worth 8 bucks for one of these?

#100371 Cdr-s.m.

Posted by Grenado on 24 February 2007 - 11:49 PM in Homemades

CS, you've done it again! That looks awesome, but won't a tiki version kinda, you know, be a little obvious?

#100342 Cdr-s.m.

Posted by Grenado on 24 February 2007 - 05:34 PM in Homemades

Woah. You've got 666 posts there CS. How long do you think it will take to make one of these?

#100100 Cdr-s.m.

Posted by Grenado on 19 February 2007 - 08:53 PM in Homemades

Crap, that's awesome. It brings a whole new aspect in to CTF. It might be better if you used 1 or 1.5" darts.

#91087 Broken Rf20?

Posted by Grenado on 02 October 2006 - 06:37 PM in Modifications

I just tried to mod my RF20, nothing major, just shook out the air restrictors. All I did was the first part of the den of foam mod. I can pump it up, 23 pumps, but when I pull the trigger, all I get is the hissing noise when all the shots have been fired. I didn't mess with the air pladder or the pipes or anything. Any suggestions?

P.S. If I should post pictures, just tell me.

#91181 Broken Rf20?

Posted by Grenado on 03 October 2006 - 08:51 PM in Modifications

Sorry for the double post, but I fixed it. No one needs to post in here anymore, not that many people did.

#91106 Broken Rf20?

Posted by Grenado on 02 October 2006 - 09:05 PM in Modifications

It doesn't fire darts now, but I didn't muck around with the internals. I'm gonna check it out with one of my buddies, who is really good with these sorts of things. I wasn't really clear at the beginning, but what happens is that air gets released, because there is no pressure in the gun. I'm trying to fix it now.

#100396 Boltsniper Scar-n Rifle Bs-8

I wanted to ask before the thread was too old to even talk in.

Too late. Especially for this brand of stupidity.

Instant agreement.

#98496 Boltsniper Scar-n Rifle Bs-8

Posted by Grenado on 19 January 2007 - 03:43 PM in Homemades

I can get the mags, won't be a problem. I was just hoping to find an alternative to buying all that brass...

#100394 Boltsniper Scar-n Rifle Bs-8

Posted by Grenado on 25 February 2007 - 01:47 PM in Homemades

If you're planning to ambush your dad, forget it. I tried the same thing with a stock Maverick and even with that piece of crap he got mad. It might be better if you let him shoot you. And then you try to get him back with your other guns.

#98532 Boltsniper Scar-n Rifle Bs-8

Posted by Grenado on 20 January 2007 - 04:24 PM in Homemades

Well, I'm canadian so I'll have to order the mag off of the internet. I have a lot of 28 gauge shells because I do a lot of hunting.

#98490 Boltsniper Scar-n Rifle Bs-8

Posted by Grenado on 19 January 2007 - 10:59 AM in Homemades

Sorry, I know, old thread. But I have a burning question? Are there any stores that will sell the magazines? Can you use 16-20 gauge shotgun shells as shells? If those are too big how about a .410 caliber shotgun? Or what about high caliber rifles? Would those work as shells? I have a burning desire to know, so I can decide whether to make the SCAR or the NTS. Or both! They use the same ammo.

What if you plugged the pump and only pumped it like 4 times? I don't have one, but I'm just wondering. And maybe getting one.

#90790 Bbb Spring Replacement

Posted by Grenado on 29 September 2006 - 09:11 AM in Modifications

Grenado: I hope you are not thinking of opening each gun to excahge the one spring from time to time.

I'm not gonna do it to my BBB, I'm just gonna do it to my LS. I won't be doing it to my magstrike or my RF20 either. Can you do a spring replacement with an automatic?

#90702 Bbb Spring Replacement

Posted by Grenado on 28 September 2006 - 03:53 PM in Modifications

I was wondering if you can do a spring replacement on the BBB. I also want to do it on my longshot, so preferably they can both use the spring.

#90722 Bbb Slight Problem

Posted by Grenado on 28 September 2006 - 06:34 PM in Modifications

I have a question about my BBB also. I did a coupler mod on it and it will cock, but when the trigger gets pulled, nothing happens and it won't slide together.
