I would also like to know how to take out the peg.
This would leave a hole all the way into the plunger wouldn't it? (with the AR removed aswell)
I know about modding the clips to suit different sized darts.
Is there any way a dart could get sucked into the plunger part somehow?

Those links were a great help M30. I do see your point about the enemies being in the dark, but I am only doing this for the sake of doing it.
Your design that you posted a few days back didn't appear to let the user see through the sight very easily. Plus the enemy would be able to see the laser pointer coming at them from around a corner.

I'm going to try the red dot sight from the above instructions (posted by M30) without any magnification or anything too special. I'll do a write up when I'm done. I'll try and do an internal circuit that connects to the main gun (with a switch) when ever you put on the scope.

I presumed that the gun will out shoot the Longshot.

I'm guessing that there could be some pretty sweet mods done to this beast, but could any one mod really beat the rate of fire of the Longshot? I can see the ROF maybe being equalled if you make clips for it. This would probably be expensive?

How hard would it be to make a chain gun type mechanism? It looks like it would flow through quite easily.

So basically people of NerfHaven, I am asking you whether I should order myself a gun now and hopefully save time before the holidays to get it shipped out to Australia? Is it really that good?

This gun looks like it would go alright but I can't see the difference from that to a Longshot with pump foregrip.
Has anyone posted ranges yet? What are we looking at that will blow the competition out of the water?

I found that my suggestion of removing one "valley" on the combined spring (moving the spring on the right, to the left until it is join-able) is just too short. I will still fiddle around a bit with it when it comes to joining the clips. By the way, I have found a way to make a high capacity "banana" ( I'm not sure what they are called,) type magazine like on the M16's and some M4's (but not as much AK's). Does anyone know the name of these magazines and can PM me?
