I had a Nat-Geo Gun aka Roto Rocket catastrophically explode while being pumped up. In 9 years of attending wars since then, I've still yet to top this one.

Draconis (to a greater extent) and myself have been working on developing rockets for the Ultimator and XXL Bazooka for a while. I have a few prototypes in the works, and I intend to develop an officially released product eventually. Draconis will probably post here too and share his more extensive insight on this topic. We've both used pool noodles, foam balls, and craft foam to produce ours.

I just barely missed the perfect opportunity for a surprise ambush appearance. SPANO would've been perfect, some of the best memories I have. I love the recap photos you just posted a couple of days ago, looks like you guys had a blast.

I'm not sure if Venom started circulating any wild rumors yet, but if so, they're quite true. So.... October then?

What a great war! There has yet to be a lackluster SPANO, and this one was no exception.

+Seeing Ryan, Kelvin, and Kane for a second time this summer.
+Meeting Xellah and Chris. Great guys, it's a shame the 12 hour drive means we probably won't have them back for a while.
+Nerfing with Gears for the first time in over three years.
+Old man Erik is still at it!
+Filming numerous episode's worth of material for future episodes of Ethics with Daniel Beaver.
+Discussions of Nerf and white privilege.
+Spoiling Game of Thrones for Erik with Beaver at lunch.
+Taco Bell.
+Thanks to Beaver and everyone else who helped with running the war.
+Nerfing with all of the local usuals.
+Derek hooking me up with some sweet blasters.
+Sam and Umlaut made it!
+Max (Merc) coming to his first war in what, 3 years?
+Unprecedented move of having SPANO at Newell was very successful. We might as well just have every war there now.
+Seeing that Dirty Dan is getting RIPPED.
+The Stillwater crew made it out yet again.
+The guy who I met at a garage sale in Woodbury (Tom is his name) made it to the war and brought it tough-as-nails son too! That kid was a force to be reckoned with, so many knife kills!
+Tender and Tinder.
+Derek is cruising in a sick whip as usual.
+Using all of my vintage homemades.
+My XBZ worked surprisingly well with a hopper.
+Destroying a Vulcan.

+/-Long lunch break... but it was fun.
+/-The teams seemed fairly unbalanced for most of the day. Sometimes that's just how it goes.

-Destroying Sam's forehead with the shotgun-hopper on my Roto-Rocket. I may have to retire that blaster for such uses.
-Last minute location change. I sincerely hope nobody missed the war because of that.

I'm really looking forward to this war. It is going to be HOT on Saturday so I urge everyone to bring excessive amounts of water. If anyone is looking for blasters or parts feel free to hit me up (links to my product pages are in my signature). I'll probably bring another bag of free stuff as well.
