You can pull that board right out and wire it up like you would wire a stryfe. Just get rid of it, it adds nothing useful.

Did you have any luck modding it Langley? I'd love to know if it gets a lot more impressive with those holes filled. The fact that it can get fairly good ranges even with the holes makes me excited for the overall potential of the blaster.

As much as the Retaliator is useful and simple, I much prefer an Alpha Trooper for the fact that it is pump-action. I don't care that it has a range reducing barrel, I prefer ergonomics when there is only a minimal difference in performance.
Cant wait till this comes to the U.S.
Zombies beware.........

Yeah, pump blasters are definitely my favorite mechanical blasters. It seems like everyone hates on the rampage, but I like it a lot more than the retaliator because it's pump. Think I'm gonna have to try an AT though. All this hype must be well deserved.

On a different note, if I'm getting this correct, the duct tape allows the clip to stay seated? You might want to reconsider using a different method...

It just covers the air release holes. The clip just stays seated with friction. And it seems like it has plenty of friction based on the apparent effort to remove and replace it in the video. There are not really any significant forces on it anyway.

Unfortunately I won't be in Seattle this semester, but I will be there during the summer and will make sure to attend any events. I would love to play HvZ as I go to Virginia Tech and it's sort of hard to swing a large scale nerf battle considering circumstances.... Anyway, just wanted to say I will be there this summer, will bring friends, and will probably bring Microsoft interns (and hopefully some Full time people)
