I've made a Stefon shotgun shell on nerf revolution. its a feasible design with 25 pellets in each 5/8" shell. Go check it out if you are still interested.

search, stefon shotgun shell

it uses air soft pellets and gets a range of around 35 ft max

(with a doomsayer, stock spring and longshot spring, with plunger mods and AR removal it gets 85 ft with 3.5" double weighted stefons)

That happened to me. the thing is that you don"t need the screws. All they do is keep the piece in quesion in during processing

IE: you don't need to fix it unless its heeding the pullback of the plunger rod.

It only needs to be behind the ridge on the shell itself and to keep it in place when you're putting it back together you inset a rod of some sort in through the hole for the locking stock. (the hole near the back that goes from the blue shell to the orange of the plunger cylinder, when all screwed together.) Good luck and have a nice day. :D
