I have a question, will the extra long barrel be functional? What I mean is will there be enough air to push the dart through without losing power?


Yeah, I was wondering about that myself. I've done a few cosmetic barrels on mavs and that's been a problem in the past.

If you aren't making a serious boost in power, make sure you have plenty of clearance.

Don't take that to a nerf war.


I don't do nerf wars, mainly because there aren't any closer than 200 miles. I mod nerf guns and make other foam weapons (swords, axes, etc..) for LARPs and a couple of assassination games in my area.

Playing around with my six year old son, shooting stock mavs. More or less hide and seek with guns.

I'm hiding, waiting for him to round a corner. I jump out and yell, trying to startle him. The little s#!t had grabbed my NF-PPK and shot me right in the open mouth. I almost choked on the freakin dart.

I did the same thing a few months ago in this thread. Mine was getting about 10 feet less, but I also had a few inches of PETG on mine with loose darts.
