I am not directly affected by memorial day in any way, but my girlfriend's greandpa was a tank driver in Korea and was hit by a pice of his exploding tank. I also had to babysit a little boy yesterday because his dad wasn't home due to being in Iraq.
What does 1/2 PVC fit into? 3/4 or 1 inch? It needs to be a smooth fit but not too lose. I need to be able to slide it back and forth as way as a breech. All help is appreciated.

I don't think a butterfly valve or a ball valve would work for the desired function. The ball valve would work if you fired super small darts, but what fun is that? Another problem with the ball valve is the dart would most likely fall out the other side. I like the concept though, i really like it. Verry innovative. Hopefully with the engineers we have on here and the other technical minds we have, we can come up with a fesable solution.
I'm mass producing them for some of the guys in my neghborhood. I'm trying to get them into nerf, and I think a homemade would do it. Thank you all for your input.
