If I decide to remove the dart pegs, will my dart be loose and fall out of the barrel? What are the dart pegs for anyway ? They don't seem to be touching the nerf darts at all.
So for this BB mod for Strongarm, you will need to remove the dart pegs of the barrels as shown in the image below.

So I have this planned carefully but I'm not sure how well it works because I haven't received my BB pellets yet. So here's the plan, you cut off the orange rubber tip of the Elite nerf darts. Now, you are left with the blue tube foam. Then load the blue tubes into the barrel as if you would normally load darts into the Strongarm barrel. Hot glue the blue foam tubes in the Strongarm Barrel so that they won't move. You should now have hollow blue foam tubes glued inside the Strongarm barrel. Make sure you don't cover the blue foam tube holes with glue because that is where the BB pellets should go in. I have measured the Elite Darts tube holes, it is approx. 6mm in diameter, thus I have ordered both 6mm and 7mm BB pellets from Amazon. Also, load the BB pellets from the back of the barrel, not the front.
My prediction is that 7mm pellets will be more powerful as it has a snug fit to the dart holes as compared to 6mm pellets. It will be also MUCH more powerful than regular Elite dart shots because the dart holes are much smaller compared to the Strongarm Barrel hole. Since the Blue Foam Dart is hot glued to the Strongarm Barrel, all of the air pressure is going to focus on the tiny little hole from the dart hole which is where the BB pellets are. So shots are going to be much more powerful and accurate considering you are using BB pellets instead of the inconsistent Elite Darts. Also worth mentioning that I ordered steel carbon BB pellets instead of plastic ones because steel ones are heavier giving the projectile more stability in mid air.
I have done researches of how the Elite Strongarm shooting mechanism works, and I really think this particular nerf gun will actually work very well with BBs. So why 7mm instead of a 6mm BB pellet ? The Elite Strongarm firing mechanism actually seals the Barrel after you pull your trigger. It all happens very quickly, you can try pulling the trigger while looking at the side of your gun, you will notice a cylinder popping out, reaching towards the end of the Strongarm barrel right before it pops the air. So with almost no air pressure lost, a snug fit 7mm BB pellet should deliver the maximum power compared to 6mm. However this is just my predictions. The 7mm pellet might get stucked in the blue foam hence why I bought the 6mm pellet as well.

If anyone actually tried this mod before let me know because I haven't actually seen this Mod anywhere before.
