From what I've seen and read it takes a lot of whittling to get those to fit, and even still, the battery door ends up bowing out some when you close it. I'd recommend you either carefully take it down a bit more on the battery door and Stryfe shell and if that's not an option, as in you have already taken off all you can I do know there is a replacement battery door out there made by one of those guys who don't the 3d printing. I'd have to look for it to find the exact link, but it is out there. It adds like another half an inch in hight to the stock door, and it a complete replacement part that looks pretty nice.
