woo.... Hasbro has found another gun to re shell and call it something else.

So, can anyone tell me why someone might want to buy this gun?

It looks very "plasticy" in its box (from the photos I saw on the ebay one)... and I'm not quite sure if it has any good points?

Does the silencer actually work? From what I've read, it just "looks" like a silencer...

I feel that, with this one, Nerf are trying to appeal to both the popular Maverick and Recon markets, without inventing anything new (or ever different really).

I was wondering what the best program is for designing 3D, homemade, Nerf guns. If anyone has any ideas, please, post them.

Personally, I use a program called MoI (Moment of Inspiration).

You're over-analyzing this. It fires when the pump reaches the front because the breech has to be closed before it shoots. It probably has a temporary catch that releases once the breech is closed. There is no secondary trigger on the fore-grip.

I know... half the fun. The gun has to fire somehow, so a trigger of some sort (not a manual external trigger, an automatic internal trigger) would be required.

Small point, not really worth discussing. I was merely musing.
