After seeing a few Longshot/DTG combinations floating around, I decided I had to make my own.

Here's my Longshot/DTG integration:
Posted Image
Posted Image
The Longshot gets 70-80' and It has an added NF Spring. The DTG's spring has been replaced by a Firefly Spring, and it gets an average of 40-50'

After I did that integration, I thought about what to do with the other DTG... I looked over at a stock Titan I had laying around, and thought about it for a while. Both guns looked as if they would line up perfectly, and I even had a spare NF plunger rod that would work perfectly for the trigger. After a little planning, I busted open both guns and got to work:

Posted Image
I cut the handles off of the DTG, and cut the Site thing off of the Titan. After a few more adjustments, they fit together perfectly.

Then I trimmed down the DTG trigger and the inside of the Titan case so that they fit. I attached the NF plunger rod to the DTG trigger with some sheet metal, added an extension spring to the whole thing, and suddenly I had a working trigger that looked good, too.

Before I put the gun together, I also removed those retarded little ball bearings in the triggers.

The finished Product:
Posted Image
The Titan has a 1/2" Steel barrel that can fling 6 darts 80' in a spread that's nearly impossible to dodge. Eventually it will have it's own barrel (It's currently borrowing the one from the Double Titan) The DTG get standard ranges.

Triple awesomeness. Especially on that titan. Beautiful. What paint did you use for the barrels of the LS and DTG? It looks sweet.

Are they solid? It just looks like it would be a weak joint if you don't attach it properly.

Other than that, great work. Very smooth and clean. Also, nice PJ on the LS.

The LS pj is nice, and I like how they compliment each other.

The titan integration is AWSOME. Just make some shotgun speedloaders for yourself, get some extra turrets, you'll be ALMOST impossible to dodge!

Those are both very cool. Its amazing how right the DTG looks on a Titan. The two guns make a formidable pair.

Nice and clean.
If youy ever find a war that lets you use a singled titan, that would be good to protect yourself while you pump it back up.

I also like the paintjob on the LS.

thaygor: all i remimber is pumping it hard and shooting than trying to pump again

It's not Really a singled Titan the way I use it. I push 6 darts one-after-another down the barrel, and fire those. It's not too overpowered to be in a war, and if it was a problem, I'd volunteer to be shot with it point blank to prove it's not too powerful. Hell, I've been shot by the Double-Titan point Blank before, and it uses the same barrel.

Its amazing how right the DTG looks on a Titan. The two guns make a formidable pair.

Yes they do ;) The LS has already been battle-tested (my friend owned me with it) and I am very happy with the results.

Are they solid? It just looks like it would be a weak joint if you don't attach it properly.

Yes they are both very solid. They are also attached with screws rather than glue, so I could remove them if I had to.

Triple awesomeness. Especially on that titan. Beautiful. What paint did you use for the barrels of the LS and DTG? It looks sweet.

I used ACE Rust Stop Metallic Silver. I don't really recomend that paint, though, it's a pain in the ass. And thanks!

Thanks for all the positive feedback!

The little critters of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's very funny, a fly marrying a bumble bee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me. Why didn't you believe me?

Haha!
That Titan is groovy!
I really, really like that titan, it just looks so.. beautifuly akward?
What I think would be really cool is if you run the secondary trigger from the titan to the trigger of the DTB.
But great job anyways!

Very, very nice. I look forward to more.
Is it awkward at all to fire the dart tag with the titan?

I don't get my kicks out of you,
I don't feel the way I used to do.
I know its bad,

But I’m just not the angel you knew.

It is a little awkward, until you get used to it. I can fire all 10 shots off at a rate only slightly slower than I can with a normal DTG. I actually end up cocking the gun and imediately sliding my hand down to the NF-plunger-rod-trigger and firing it.

Thanks!

Amazing! I had no idea that integrations with that gun could look so clean! I think I will try that on my L.S.

EDIT: How exactly do you cock the DTG'S?

The same way you always cock a DTG... with the cocking slide...

If you meant to ask how I FIRE them, the LongShot one is fired with a Key-ring near the LS trigger, and the Titan one is fired with that NF plunger rod sticking out the back of the Titan.

Both of those are absolutely beautiful and very clean. I especially love the Titan because the color of the DTG and the Titan match perfectly and because the Titan is my all time favore Nerf Gun.

The chances of one person taking a bomb on a plane are one in a million. The chances of two people taking a bomb on a plane are one in a trillion. So if you're scared of a terrorist attack, bring a bomb on a plane.

Combine both brothers, and make it, "The Brothers Gram" :P

I tried, (via the rails on the Titan and Longshot) and it was hilariously oversized. I then added the Hornet, and two crossfires onto the DTG's rails. And then pointed it at my best friend, who then proceeded to laugh uncontrolably.

Thanks for all the compliments!

Looks amazingly clean and proffesional, looking forward to more of your work

One question

Doestn't it make the front of the longshot very front heavy?

and if so does affect the ROF on the longshot

Because it seems like it would be hard to get a good grip on the bolt

Thanks

Make sure the top of your gun is parallel to the ground when firing.
Finish those other mods so I have something else to read on here.
Now have a coke and a smile and shut the fuck up. :)

Very nice mod, and write up. The guns look very clean, and like they were supposed to be modded that way. This was a VERY inspiring mod for me, as I will be doing something along the lines of this mod in the upcoming months.

These guns definitely have a very large WOW factor!
