Should have told me sooner, I think I've used about 1/4 of my plumber's goop on this project...

If you used the titan's internals, it wouldn't have meen the same at all. The valve systems are totally different, or at least the trigger mechanisms are. I would say if you've gone this far, totally custom build a tank, like a large-scale version of the hornet's tank.

Alice came to the fork in the road.
"Which road do I take?" she asked.
"Where do you want to go?" responded the Cheshire cat.
"I don't know," Alice answered.
"Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

Well I am not going to simply take apart everything right now. I want to put it all together and see if this works. Then I'll buy a Titan (heads up n-strike) and make something out of that.

Double post: For the second time, b00m13 and CaptainSlug was right. The pump makes the pressure too high for the new air tank, so I am going to make my gun like before with the titan pump and start a separate project with a Titan. I guess I learned the hard way.

Oh, and b00m13, 5 pumps with over pressure release valve is too much. 4 is the highest you can go without a leak.
