I also don't know if anyone else has completed a NiteMav like this before, after Badwrench posted the original picture of his idea/work in progress.
I more prefer to call it a Niterick, as I feel it's more Nitefinder than Maverick, and that name seems to suit better.

This is just the blade added to an old nitefinder, Touch up on the paint will follow shortly; I think I will call it the Blade-Finder....


And that is my 1st Gen Nitefinder with added Firefly spring, added Maveric O-Ring (not sure if it helps), and mini bungies. It also has a 9/16 brass coupler so I can quickly swap my 17/32 barrel.

I just received my FA_24 contracted "RogueShot". The thing is an animal. Here pictured with the "Sereph".

Zorn got an RFDG and didn't have enough PETG to modify the turret. I was bored with mine.



I used a bushing right on the end of the plunger tube, the opening to which I opened a bit.



Shoots a little farther than my RFDG did with a turret; that is, breaks one hundred with an empty seven-shot clip.

Just recently, I had a massive stroke of good luck. I found a Splitfire in good condition, something I thought that I would never own. I traded about three modified n-strike guns that I didn't use anymore for this treasure, and I'm glad I did. I didn't want to start hacking up my new splitfire with a saw like Cxwq did to his, so I came up with a design that eliminated any sawing without compromising much (if any) range . I will post a write up sometime this month for it. My splitfire has 6'' brass barrels, a plugged pump, and various other mods, so I'm assuming that I'm getting around 85' to 100'. I have not done a formal range test yet with a tape measure, but it looks like it takes my stefans for a ride. Sorry for the shitty picture quality, I was in a hurry when I took these.




Yes, the barrels are as humanly straight as possible. It just looks goofy because of the camera angle.

Also, I redid my nitefinder because the other one finally broke (it was 3 years old) and I wanted it to fit in my pocket:

Also, I reinforced the boltsled with fiberglass. And Mehku, you're welcome with the instructions for the fiberglass reinforcements.

Nerfnut23, you aren't the first person ever to use fiberglass. Don't go making me look bad because you decided that I "stole" your instructions when I didn't.

I don't think I ever posted this one. I did it a while ago. I just found it recently and I happened to stumble on this picture while looking through my Photobucket. It's in bad shape now, but I can bring it back to life.

Howdy all! Been a while... Caught up with work and being exhausted after hours as well as crappy weather means my painting is halted since I do a fair bit outdoors. But had a spot of good warm weather (the paint no likey de cold!) so managed two new PJs... other good news is I managed to sell off half of my arsenal so far, and made some profit along the way too.

The new Colonial Marines LS (inspired by one of the configurations of Wisdom00's modular multi-mission LS)

Probably the easiest five-minute modification I've done to a blaster. I just threw on a PVC coupler and voilà! Crazy good ranges.
