There's my clean, couplered, signal launcher. I love it. I just need to know how to plug the pump. I think I have to cut the shaft open...

Well yesterday i finally got around to getting my hands on some 17/32 brass so this is the first mod i have done with brass.







It is very durable because it is nested within the stock barrel. I tested the ranges today and I got around 45-55
Feet flat and 60 feet angled but it makes for a great side-arm. The reason I cut off the end of the handle is because I only have three fingers is because I got rid of the ammo holders on the front of the gun so I wanted a place to store some extra ammo and I thought about the handle and it turns out it can hold 3 stock darts.

No one is "happy" for anything, except when our NerfHaven members listen to instructions. The rules of the thread clearly state (and VACC has reiterated) that it's for PICTURES ONLY. If you want to give someone advice, it'd be better to PM them.

Frankly, I dont' think the administration cares much about anyone's "feelings". There are way too many members flowing into NH to be concerned if anyone is "happy" or not. We're just doing what VACC and cxwq are asking of us. If you disagree, there are other venues to dispense advice or break rules.

NerfHaven will not be one of those venues. I hope that clears things up. Can't blame us for wanting to have some fun with rule-breakers.

Nice crossbow by the way. That wasn't too hard to do, huh? Oh, oops.

Here's my contribution.


It's being rebuilt after my nephew blew my air tank with a dozen pumps. I'm using an AT2k airtank (which is exactly the same dimensions, except for the Liquitron), and going with a coupler instead of a turret. Simpler is better.

Both were painted with Krylon Fusion and I don't use tape by the way, these paintjobs literally took 10 minutes. Both are silenced using Craft Sheet on the plunger base.

Here's my Maverick:



I did CaptainSlug's first Maverick mod on it... I do not suggest it. I've finally got it shooting 90% reliably, but the turret still has too much friction to rotate all the way when you press the trigger, so you have to manually move the turret after each round. Plus my NF outranges it like none-other.

I can't wait for OMC's PETG to get here, I'm gonna try to modify some of that PETG into one of the barrels and see if it helps, if it does I'll modify all 6.

*Edit* Yes this paintjob was heavily inspired by Direct Threat and yes I know I went outside the lines in multiable areas, but it's not too bad...

Couplered Titan, At3k integrated into the top (also couplered) and a singled Maverick "integrated" into the bottom. All duct tape is to provide stability, everything is glued, its just better with duct tape though. It also is covering some sharp edges. It is rather fugly but very functional. The singled Mav. gets surprisingly good ranges; an excellent backup and very compact once minimized.

Badass repainting of a laser fang that I got in crappy, chipped black. Redid the black, did everything else with Warhammer paint because I thought it would work the best. Also integrated a 1500 in the empty space a la Forsaken Angel. The blue isn't actually that blue, the flash makes it seem really bright. It's more of a dark blue.

My "NiteVision" integrated NF.





Name: NiteVisionFinder

Ranges:
Flat: 70-80
Angled: 95-105

Modifications: I took the spring from one of those shotgun thingies with the shells + I used the "German Style" idea of using a soda cap insert to hold it in. It is severely lacking in air-restrictorness, with an otherwise stock barrel assembly I epoxied the excrement out of to seal it up. I then cannibalized a NiteVision and attached it internally, before epoxying the NiteVision lens to the outside left shell. i then dremeled the bottom of the case to accommodate a sliding switch, because I hated the pressure switch. I then cut off the ammo holders...

I am still saving for my +bow, so this is my current primary.

I reduced and integrated a triple torch I just used hot glue to attach it because I want to be able to take it off. It makes for a nice little backup shot.


PVC bolt action I made. It has broken off twice, but this one is alot better than previous versions.

Brass Breeched SF
I fixed it after ECNO, darts kept sliding out of the PETG, and I had to ramrod them.


My fixed Big Blast. I added foam on the handle and cheek rest, added ammo holders, and fixed my pump by lubing it, and gluing PVC in it to secure it inside the gun.

Finally, my favorite one. Soon.



Its a Bow and Arrow. I made a new plunger of PVC because the old one was weak, thin plastic. I think its 3/4" PVC, but it might be 1". It fits same as the real one. I just need to sand the PVC to make it fit inside with screws, and add a Carbon trigger.
